Had to ask front desk for hair dryer and other I items normally found in most hotels.

All was perfect and easy check in and check out

The room was nice and very clean.My only concern was that the front desk was closed after 9 pm

This was a huge room with a kitchen living area up front separated by a hallway from the bedroom at the back. It was very convenient for my husband and I to be separated from our grown son up front who slept in the pull out couch. The bed was extremely comfortable and I even tried, to no avail, to find out the brand bc I need a new mattress at home. The price of this room was very reasonable. Check in was a bit difficult bc it was automated basically since the clerk left at 5 and we got there around 6. You had to put a code in and unlock a mailbox to get your key and we didn't have the code we needed. But we contacted the emergency number and got into our room quickly

Appreciate the multiple doggie cleanup stations. Large rooms and pet friendly. Management very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this property

The location was great. The kitchen area was fully equipped. Everything was great.

It was in a good location. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable enough. I liked having a kitchen in. It had lots of space. One of the things that I did not like was not the fault of management. This is a dog friendly hotel. And they have lots of poop stations. When we arrived there, there was so much dog poop on the ground around each station that you could not take your dog near it. They did clean this up after we mentioned it. And our first room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that we had to switch rooms. But the gentleman at the desk did this very quickly for us. We also had the end room that was apparently over either where some of the staff lives or where they congregate every night. This is the door that we used to try and take our puppy outside. So there were constantly people hanging out in that area, smoking and drinking and talking very loudly. And one man continuously had a dog off leash in that area. It made it very difficult and not quite safe to take our young puppy outside. It was also noisy in our room because they were directly under us. While the room was clean, the furniture in the living room is so uncomfortable. It’s like sitting on a bench. I did not even use it. And the towels were very rough and scratchy for the most part. There are not a lot of amenities. We are used to staying somewhere where you were provided hair conditioner and lotion. These were not available at this facility. There was only one luggage cart available the entire time we were there. We were there for a dog show and had to move a kennel each time we came in and out of our room. When we checked out, my husband has to hand carry all of our luggage because the cart was not to be found. If we are back in this area, we would not stay at this hotel again. There are so many other choices nearby.

Once again had an amazing day The staff was very helpful and the room was Very Clean and well kept.

Property was clean and well maintained. I noted that they did some work on the floor in the elevator and it was done expertly within 24 hours. I noticed that it was done in off hours and did not inconvenience anyone.

This is much better than a hotel for long stays. A separate room for sleeping makes the stay so much more enjoyable. The kitchen does need a pan and more than one item per person. But everything else was great.

I like have the kitchen There were no pots and pans or any big mixing or casserole containers.. I brought food with me that I had to take back. There were a lot of extended stay young guys in 70% of the rooms and were loud and blared loud base music til 3-4am

After not realizing we missed check in, the digital key optional was pretty cool! The app made everything simple. No issues and stay was good! Not having an after hours representative to speak to. We wanted to do late check out, but would had needed to wait until 9am. Our tour was at 930am. It would have been nice to choose late check out on the app or call after hours to ensure we could have late check out.
