Room only had scalding hot water and no one at front desk even at 845 am , water was hot couldn't take a shower,

The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.

This is a great place at a great price. Clean rooms, friendly staff and conveniently located. The amenities make it a nice place for an extended stay. Nice stove, frig, microwave and sink. You can bring your own utensils for cooking and eating or rent them from the facility. Will definitely return.

You never know when the front desk is open. Their posted hours are 9am to 10:30pm, but we've been down there within those hours and their frontdesk window was closed. You have to bring towels down to them to change them out, but you have to find time during the day to do it and hope they are open. The rooms have nothing included. You have to pay extra for a coffee pot, cups, silverware, plates, all of it. I also got a noise complaint for footsteps?! This place is nuts. We were barely even in there during the day, and we heard footsteps every morning and evening. Walls are paper thin. No jumping or running by us. So just be aware, walking in your room might make you a policy breaker. I never want to come back here. They make you feel like they wish no guests were actually there to bother them.

Staff was not friendly, they don't ask if we needed anything, no housekeeping at all even though i requested it.

It is an awesome place to stay. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room was beyond my expectations. A cook top, microwave, small regular refrigerator, chair, open closet, king size bed, and a nice roomy bathroom greeted me. The towels smelled so good. I have NEVER had towels that smelled so nice and fresh. The bed was so comfortable, I could've stayed there all day long. This place costs less and is much nicer than a name brand hotel. Awesome Awesome place to stay!!!!!

Clean and neat very secure The person about me was extremely loud upon calling the front desk I was hung up on abruptly

I understand this hotel is cheap for a reason but come on no hand towels to dry your hands after you wash them. And after 2 days my back hurt so bad from that uncomfortable bed. No blow dryer in rooms either

This place is brand new but cheap. No carpet anywhere all doors locked have to have key for everything my TV was broken so made 3 trips down and they moved me. They have kitchens and ice boxes but bring ur own stuff! No ice machines in building, no curtains only blinds so the outside light shined in seemed like daytime. Had what seemed to be broken down cars in the parking lot and people looked down and out. Brand new but yet already headed for trouble cheap is nice but I guess got what I paid for

New, clean, secure, quiet, & comfortable The outside light was bright and lit up my room at night and there was no curtains to help block it. That's my only complaint.

It is convenient to interstate exit ramp.

Room was clean No amenities, no hair dryer, no hand towel, hallways dirty with mud, only one nightstand , very tight walkway between bed and wall.

Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia.

The room was very clean and everything was new. However, we had to switch rooms bc of a terrible smell. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people next to you and they were not being excessively noisy but you could hear everything. There is a kitchenette but not a plate, paper towel or anything to even heat up something in the microwave. While leaving in the morning, my husband grabbed a cup of coffee in the lobby. There were no creamers or stirrers, lids etc. Just wasn't the best experience.

Didn’t get the room originally booked for. They said there is nothing they can do about it. Front desk obviously showed she didn’t want to be there. Couldn’t get more towels . We just felt unappreciated

Front Desk staff was very pernsonable and helpfull!

After checking in I asked the girl at the front desk for a towel (I had one). She told me I am only allowed one towel. That seems weird. I asked to speak with a manager and she said I can’t … just her. I asked her name and she refused to tell me. She then yelled and told me to leave her hotel! She told me she can’t give me a refund a manager has to do it. She would not give me his contact info and told me to use google. I paid for two nights and have yet to hear from anyone.

The price was awesome. The hotel was new and the bed was very comfortable.
