Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia.

The room was very clean and everything was new. However, we had to switch rooms bc of a terrible smell. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people next to you and they were not being excessively noisy but you could hear everything. There is a kitchenette but not a plate, paper towel or anything to even heat up something in the microwave. While leaving in the morning, my husband grabbed a cup of coffee in the lobby. There were no creamers or stirrers, lids etc. Just wasn't the best experience.

The facility was clean and close to all the shopping and food areas. Other guest above us were extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. Other guests also were doing explicit activities late at night .

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would have been nice for more clean up days.

. Had to wait a week to get one . Vending machinen. They ran out of toilet paper and had to take one from another room.

Probably They need hire more personal for more cleaning commun areas

New facility We didn’t know it was extended stay and the hours for the desk were limited. We checked in eventually after calling the manager.

Even though, I saw the cleaning lady cleaning it, the people that stayed there are not very clean making it look like it was never cleaned. Other than that it was good for the rate.

Very clean place to stay. It was nice, but very 'builder grade'. The accommodations were very basic and economical.

The room was clean and the hotel felt safe.

It was a very clean environment with a very friendly and safe environment. Definitely will come back and highly recommend it to anyone!!!

The check in time on here said 2 o'clock,got there at 2:15 and they said I couldn't check in till 3 o'clock and there property on the website says they have 6 restaurants they had none, that was the main reason for picking them.

When making the reservation online it said that the checkin time was 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM they said checkin time was 3:00 PM and told me I would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I was also told if I needed anything after hours to call 500. I did so multiple times and no one answered. Finally, no one was at the front desk the next morning to check you out. The front desk attendants were very rude and no help at all. I would never stay here again.

This is a newer place so my room was very clean and nice. A "no frills" stay without breakfast (have coffee in lobby but out later after I left). Room does have a refrigerator, cook top, microwave and sink if you bring your own food. There seemed to be a mix of a few overnight stays and longer term residents as I walked the property—it is set up for extended stays. I did not make use of any amenities as just an overnight as traveling through for me.

The young lady has a front desk , harley was exceptionally great in every way and very pleasant because of her, I would stay again. She's very helpful and makes you feel very welcome

I like that the location was out of town far away from Chattanooga Tennessee. BUT IT WASN'T COMFORTABLE STAYED.You can here straight throughout wall. Distance out of town was good

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Rooms were cleanish, I travel for work so I bring my own cleaning supplies. Only downfall is you can hear everything around you in your room. Not very well insulated.

Beautiful clean property

I arrived at 10:30 pm and they would not let me check in. I called the hotel and the person hung up on me. The next morning, the staff was excellent and let me check in early. Be aware that there is no front desk staff overnight. Also no restaurant on site. The profile makes it seem like there is, but nothing on site or shared parking lot.
