Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clovis-Fresno Area by IHG

Great breakfast, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean loved the room spacious and AC worked amazing, friendly staff, overall great hotel.

The best thing about the hotel was it was close to the airport and convenient for our morning flight. It was average in terms of cleanliness. We had to switch rooms bc the sink in our original room was clogged. Also the bed in that room made a loud noise when you got up or lay down. The second room was slightly better, no clog and less noise from the bed. Would not stay there again.

Clean Didn’t permit a 45 minute checkout extension

nothing

Good

Clean facility, room, and free breakfast was great!

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Good place to start trip to National parks as nearby restaurants and stores.

Superb

Bad

Stayed one night with family. Close to concert venue we were attending. Rooms were nice and clean. Liked it had a microwave and coffee maker and mini fridge. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Will stay here again

Clean and quiet. Short drive to local sights.

The bathtub has a serious drainage problem.

They reached the maximum number of late check outs so we were out of luck Pool towels are smaller than bath towels so you might want to bring your own We checked in late and the woman who helped us was amazing. It was around 11 pm and she was pleasant, efficient and more than helpful. Parking was very easy Walmart and Target are super close if you need to make a quick trip

Comfortable

She needs a raise! Referred me to a an amazing Hawaiian restaurant. Nope

Clean Room, spacious, room and hallways smelled cleaned. Great customer service at front desk. one tip, when getting a room, get a room facing the back of the property, we had a room facing the front where the main street is and it was very noisy all night. Otherwise , very comfortable and would stay again!

Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Very friendly team This is very minor but you could hear the people above us walking.

Location & rooms. No Yogurt for breakfast 2 days in a row. When asked the attendant for yogurt on Tuesday morning at 7am, was informed that she was waiting for the delivery. Same answer on Wednesday morning. Not sure why management could not send a staff/supervisor to the grocery store to pick some up. When the front desk staff was informed about the yogurt, the answer was "yes I know". No concern shown!
