Staff was excellent in handling my questions and reservations.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was also close to a lot of activities.

Replacing very adequate, nice location food places.Walkable, breakfast was nice when you stayed three days.Give me a late checkout if it was great

The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, AC was nice and cool for the 90+ degree days.

Location was fine for our needs. Room was very clean and solid. No issues. We were fine with the tv but some might have found it smallish.

Good experience. Clean room, friendly staff. Only this is it takes you to address in Fresno—NOT Clovis. Just extends your long trip 20 more minutes :(

Great clean room and property. We were bummed out that the hot tub was out of service while there but didnt take away from the stay too badly. Room had plenty of space and beds were comfy.

Overall, our stay was exelent and we enjoyed the hotel. However, when we went to the front desk at night to ask a few questions, the receptionist answered them, but we felt that she seemed somewhat uninterested and not very welcoming. A friendlier and more attentive attitude would have made our experience even better.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well kept.

Nice and clean

The front desk person, Sabrina, was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us with smiles both days and was very personable and willing to help . The breakfast was also good and the location was very central to the places we needed to go with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The property was clean and maintained. Location was great for the reason we visited. Breakfast was okay, but could be a little dry. Didn’t seem to be a ton of care put into it. Room was clean, spacious, and met expectations.

When I checked into my room. . It was a suite king bed and a sofa sleeper. Bathroom lock was broken missing a remote. Phone line was cut. And main blind wasn’t working. When I checked into an older white lady was very helpful. Said she would get sheets blanket for the sofa sleeper let and a remote(which was missing) later that night I came back to the hotel there was a heavy set woman with short hair. No smile seemed like she didn’t want to help .when I asked for pillows she said she had none. Also told her about blinds . Next day before checking out I noticed only 2 towels . Had 4 total in my room. New lady I. Front was taking forever . So I just called she said I would need to go downstairs to grab these items . I said forget it. Won’t be staying g here again!!

It was clean Spa was broken

We were greeted as we walked into the hotel. The room was very clean and included a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the mini suite. The breakfast offered was outstanding and well stocked by the attendant .We look forward to another stay at another Holiday Inn Express in the future.

Kids loved the breakfast especially the delicious cinnamon rolls.
