Really amazing Staff especially night staff

Everything amenities worked proper and all advertise items were good. Only issue is had was the damn AC SYSTEM was loud as hell. I had to turn up the temperature so that temperatures could equalize faster and turn off the AC otherwise, it was a great stay. Clean, properly maintained, the neighborhood was good and restaurants were nearby.

Clean room and bathroom, new hotel, well maintained thus far; close to major shopping and freeways. Very polite and helpful staff; breakfast was good.

Air conditioner sounded like a rocket engine all the night. The toilet paper hanger was also broken.

The room and facilities were good. I used the fitness area and it was decent. Breakfast in the morning was okay and well stocked but the hot food quality was disappointing. Very undercooked flaccid bacon, overcooked scrambled eggs and weird looking pancakes. But the coffee and toast was good. Overall, it was a decent stay, but as mentioned, I expected more for the review and rating. I'd stay again, but no way am I paying for the suite.

I also felt that her approach and manner of communication were not appropriate. I cannot say for certain why we were treated that way, but I did feel uncomfortable with the interaction. There were two staff members at the reception desk during check-in. Aside from that experience, the hotel itself was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay overall. I would especially like to recognize one of the staff members, an African American gentleman, who was very kind and helpful. He tried to assist by moving us to another room, but my wife explained that she was unable to move her legs comfortably and that we would manage the room until the next day. He was professional, patient, and made a genuine effort to help us.

We really enjoyed it.

This is a recently opened property and has a new hotel feel and smell. It is very nice. The lobby, breakfast and bar areas are fresh, clean and comfortable. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The internet and TV worked well and the bathroom was nice. Our bed was comfortable. Just as important, we felt the staff at reception were personable, helpful and respectful. The hotel is next store to a new commercial development with bars and restaurants; which was convenient for finding a place close by to have dinner. Recommended.

The pillows had an unpleasant odor, one pillow had hair on it, and the top sheet had visible dirt on the right side of the bed. I appreciate that the front desk staff responded promptly and kindly replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets. Unfortunately, the odor was so strong that it lingered on me, and I felt the need to shower when I woke up. I was also surprised that complimentary coffee and tea were not available 24/7, especially since many less expensive hotels offer this amenity. The breakfast was decent, but overall, the stay did not meet the expectations I had for a newer property. While the staff provided excellent customer service, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted my experience.

Room and hotel were both clean. Staff is friendly, and location is perfect for anything Fresno State related.

The sheets on the bed had hair which im not sure how clean they were. Not very appealing.

Our stay at the Hyatt House was very enjoyable! The property and our room was very clean! The staff were nice & professional. We lost one of our keys, and they replaced it without any issues.
