University Inn

This is a budget motel, and as such, was just fine. They no longer serve breakfast, but as the cost per room is aggressive, this was ok. The room was especially clean and well maintained. We were there for a Fresno St sporting event and this location was convenient. They also allowed us a late checkout, which they're not obligated to do, and this helped our travel schedule. Would stay again.

The staff here are always professional and show they are there to help. They always address four requests. They keep the landscaping up.

Convenient location. Price. Tight bathroom. In the mornig we were leavig I found evidence of someone trying to get in our car.Then a man with a broom, acting like he worked for the hotel, began sweeping near our door, said good morning and asked for money.

Quiet, clean No toiletries, shampoo, body wash.

Love everything only thing was not much on the TV Didn't like that there was not much on the TV like no cable or no good wifi

The receptionist was great, friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that our room did not have shampoo or an extra bar of soap. We will definitely stay here again when attending another concert at the Savemart Center.

Clean and comfortable room and seems to be recently renovated. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. The pool was also nice. My only suggestion is that the vending machines only took coins and bills , no credit or debit cards. Also, the grounds are very dusty, maybe some grass or pave it over would help with the dust.

The room was a little outdated, but it was clean and neat. I had a room with two beds, but unfortunately, one of the beds was broken and would sink down when you sat or lay on it. Thankfully, the other bed was fine, which is why I didn’t make a complaint during my stay. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely some areas where the hotel could improve. This would not make me not stay here again though.
