It was a dumb Many homeless people around, unsafe and hotel needs badly repairs.

Comienzo diced no habia aire e las paredes sucias y lo peor las sabanas as de abajo estaban sucias por la hora que llegamos me quede lo bueno que yo siempre traigo mis sabanas lo barato sale caro en linea se miraba muy bien

If you don’t have a better option use this hotel but i will look before booking

The staff was fantastic very polite very professional. The elevator did not work they said it was down permanently there was no swimming pool completely empty cockroaches in my room homeless people everywhere sleeping in the driveway in their cars right in front of the entry doors

The room was comfortable, clean, and I had no issues with the room itself I felt very unsafe at this hotel, especially as a woman. There was a lot of noise early in the morning, the elevator was not working, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. We also encountered a man wearing only underwear in the stairwell, which made us feel very unsafe. We barely slept during our stay.

After telling them the standard checkout time is 11:00am, they said they would grant us an 11:00am checkout time, as if they were doing us a favor. We drove to the building where our room was and discovered the elevator didn’t work. (we were on the 3rd floor). After entering the room, we found the tv, refrigerator and A/C weren’t functioning correctly. I walked back to the front desk and asked them to change our room. When I walked back, I realized the door to the building didn’t work, so I had to jump a crowd control barrier, to walk around the building, to enter through the door we originally used, when we got there. After switching rooms, we found the results were the same and the toilet was leaking. In the morning, I asked where the laundry facilities were and was told there wasn’t any. The grounds are atrocious, the pool is empty, the ice machines don’t work and there were homeless people sleeping in the hallways. The cops were there 3 times in the one night we were there. I hope this helps anyone considering staying at this property.
