The property is not keep up. The pool had no water and around the hotel was a lot trash. There was so many homeless people in the areas around hotel as well.

Could not get into room. The key wouldn’t work went down stairs to get help. There was 4 people in line. So I just left motel. The keys should work to get into your room.

I loved it

The problems extended beyond the room. The hallways, stairways, windows, and overall property were filthy and run down. The lighting around the property was inadequate, making it feel even more neglected. Parking was difficult, and there were numerous homeless individuals around the property, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. On top of everything else, one of my room keys stopped working during my stay and had to be replaced. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, unclean, and far below what I expected. I regret booking this hotel and honestly wish I could receive a refund for my stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

Well I left a day early. To start my stay I was informed that the elevator didn’t work and it was not going to be repaired. And didn’t have any rooms on the first floor. They offered to refund my money. That would have taking time. To long leaving me with no where to stay. I am handicapped with a bad back. Trash behind bathroom door, I picked up a big hole in the bathroom ceiling. Black mold a round the tub. Pop on the floor by the toilet. Dirty floors I clean a dusted with a towel. Two women got in a fight in the garden between the buildings. Strangers knocking on the door 4:30 in the morning, then him and a woman came back and knocked again. Then at 7:30 return and knocked on my door again. I stay there about 3 years ago and had no problems, it just was old. But I will never return, I would sleep in my car first. They were lucky I rated them a poor.

good value accomodation for the price.

Very hot rooms that took a while to cool down. Long hallways with garbage set in the halls. Still a decent stay, but a semi sketchy area. There is a gated parking lot which was nice.

Staff was nice. Room was not clean. Crumbs on couch. Mold on shower liner, and cockroaches. It was cheap and I knew it was outdated, but was not expecting cockroaches. Also hotel lobby and pool not accessible to guests. Misinformed by third party listing

The front office staff were helpful and courteous, but the facility is in disrepair and ill-repair. The elevator was not working, the central courtyard was likely beautiful in years gone by, but is now overgrown. The pool is drained. The room was dirty with a previous occupants dried food on the table, the phone was dirty, there was hair in the tub. The shower curtain did not come down to the tub side so water drenched the floor during a shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. There were homeless people walking around the premises. It appeared there were families and individuals perhaps paying a discounted weekly rate who may be intermittently homeless. There are several parking spots dedicated to Fresno Police giving the impression that they are called frequently. After one night we found a different hotel.

Very dirty place, homeless people living there and loitering outside asking for money and didn't feel safe at all! No elevator and room was not clean. Very outdated and smelled bad. There was also a cockroach on the bathroom wall. Could not get refund because I went through 3rd party.

Dirty, run down,

Clean Nothing

The room was much better than the outside and the surrounding area. Unkempt outside and being bothered by the homeless people.
