It was okay, I wouldn't stay here again. Traveling with kids and needing to leave my vehicle, was not a smart thing to book. The front desk ladies were amazing.

Our room was quite dirty, and honestly not ideal. As soon as we arrived we noticed a lot of bugs. Bugs on the curtains, bugs on the floor. The bathroom was dirty, and dimly lit.

The room was not clean, the floor tiles were buckling and I tripped in the room on the lose tiles, asked for a new room and this one had bowel on the door in the bathroom. Overall stay was horrible!

Bueno el personal es excelente!! Pero había algunos problemas el la habitación!! El desagüe del lavabo estaba obstruido por su tapón ! El microondas estaba dañado aunque notifique y colocaron uno nuevo y la obstrucción de lavabo lo repararon!! Pero no debió de estar así!! Gracias

Staff unwelcoming!!!! The place smells like old ashtray, bad smoke smell. I did not say there.!!!!

It was apparent it was an older establishment and could use some renovations. The staff to include check-in and breakfast crew were excellent.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and great Asian restaurant attached to hotel. Pool was large, clean and very tropical, beautiful and inviting. Would definitely stay here again. We got two rooms side by side.

The only thing that needed worked on is the main doors to the room I was in did not shut well we had to slam the door shut. Other than that stayed 10 days and will return when we get another chance.

AC did not work on the last 3 days. Otherwise everything was great

The flooring in the room looked like it had been flooded and never repaired. It was warped all over and discolored.
