The towels were too old, very used but clean, The auto door mechanism was too loose from the door; I was afraid the door will not lock.

It was nasty and disgusting. I found dead bugs in the room I slept in a chair because I couldn't bring myself to sleep in the bed.

Dead bugs in dresser drawer, poorly draining bathroom sink, dirty corners on bathroom floor, corroded bathroom sink faucet. I have pictures! Never again,

Was here for a short stay, attending an event nearby and also going to KSC. Was good for my visit. Needs some updating but adequate for my needs.

Room was mostly clean- and a convenient location. The staff was incredibly nice. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The pool was nice and looked very clean. The room wasn't sparkling clean- there were hairs on the sink and there was a roach in a drawer. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Overall it was ok though.

This is a older property and not well maintained. The staff was nice. The pool looked okay. No shuttle service to Port Canaveral

When me and my family were getting the run around from this website about our booking the hotel manager worked with me the entire time instead of making me pay double time. Very sweet people.

The sheets were not changed, the pillow cases were stained and not changed. There was hair and oils annd what looked like boogers all over the back boards of the bed. The smell of mold was unbearable. There was literally throw up stains on the bed skirt on the bed. The mirror and and bathroom room were still dirty. No services were down. I checked out immediately after I checked in and was not offered any compensation or even a room change offer. I lost 235$ because the owner/ manager said they would not refund our money to Expedia. . Avoid and run from this place. Do NOT stay here. Expedia shame on you for not stepping in to remedy this situation When I called you for help.

Reasonably clean. Newer fridge. Coffee maker in room not functional, smoke alarm missing. Towel holders and shelves falling off the wall. Good location.

This building news a whole makover, room smelled bad, gaps in the door that any critter could walk through. Just a tired old building.
