We stayed with our two teens for 3 nights before our family cruise. The staff members were amazing and the hotel was very clean. It was a little bit of a walk down a sandy trail to the beach but not too bad. The pool was nice and and our room was a good size.

Staff was excellent rooms were clean if I needed anything they were right there. No matter what time the day or night. I wanted a pizza got tired of looking online decided to ask the front desk.They referred me to someone that would deliver right to my door. Excellent service. Pizza tasted great too!

Doors to hard to open. Views were bad, only can see residential homes. Beach view wasn't there. Air conditioning was hard to get right temperature. Old units. Either to cold for comfort or too hot. Fitted sheets kept coming off of the beds. Made it hard to sleep. Some mildew smell when we entered the room. I had to open balcony door to air out. Staff was nice though. Breakfast was good. Overall for comfort, I couldn't sleep because of the smell, temperature and trying not to get on the mattress because the fitted sheets were way to small.

My complaint is on the cleanliness of our room. When we arrived I thought maybe it hadn’t been rented out in awhile and they felt they didn’t need to clean it again and that was why there were dead bugs on the bathroom counter and ants. Then I noticed hair in the shower area and on the floor of the bathroom. We had room service the third day we were there and I thought that would surely clean up the hair as well as the ants but that was not the case. The hair was still on the floor in the same spot. I had already cleaned up the bugs on the counter. The ants were tiny sugar ants and it wasn’t an infestation or anything but it was clear they were living in the wall somewhere. We had about 5 on the tissue box at one time. This hotel is due for a makeover. Some other nitpicky things were that the carpet had a bunch of stains on it and one of the queen beds mattress was terribly worn out. You could tell one of the beds had already been replaced. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay but considering the price, I will look elsewhere next time.

Worth spending the money to stay here. Clean, tidy and excellent access to the beach. Tina on reception was fantastic and helpful. Nice quieter location near some lovely restaurants and mini golf. About a half hour walk to the pier. Would stay here again.

Workers from front desk to custodian were friendly and helpful. We had a oceanview, it was amazing. Breakfast was ordinary hotel breakfast. Pool was great and there was a beach path. We enjoyed our stay.

The beach and walkway are beautiful. Our room smelled like dog pee from when we arrived until we left...quite disgusting. The a/c unit is very loud.

Over priced for the location. Its a outside entrance hotel. Beach was a little of a walk. Be sure to take drinks and everything you need its only access to the beach, nothing close.

Everything was great! The room was clean, the staff were so sweet, and the amenities are amazing! The breakfast, tiki bar, the easy beach access, beach rentals, pools, etc… All in all, an amazing trip! Thank you!

The breakfast was good. The pool and beach access were good.The room was not clean. There were hairs still on the toilet and in the shower from the previous guest. There were stains on the sheets, and they smelled. However, the cleaning staff did come and take care of it, although I had already wiped down the bathroom myself.

Housekeeping never came everyday. I had to ask for towels and wash clothes. No coffee in the rooms. Was suppose to have access to beach chairs and they stated we didn’t get any. Breakfast was always cold.
