Cocoa Beach Suites

You get what you pay for. I booked my stay literally at two in the morning after night swimming at the beach. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. And I booked for a double bed and they gave me a double room instead which was great for me and the kids. The room was out dated and it had carpet, which sucks since we are literally on the beach. I would book again if I needed to,

Clean and cool

Larger room than expected! Arctic a/c if desired, and right on the beach! Very satisfied.

The room was nothing like you see when booking. It is a run down hotel. Glad only had to stay one night

The staff were extremely helpful and very cordial. I'm not sure I would stay there again.

Spacious and convenience location

It was an ok stay.

The gentleman at the front desk made out whole stay. He was so nice and helpful. We loved that we could park our car at their sister hotel and get a shuttle ride to the pier for our cruise. It was cheaper by far than parking at the pier and our car was in a well secured covered parking deck.

Clean large rooms, comfortable bed, staff was excellent. Melissa was great!

Staff was okay but the room had wet floors and none of the tvs work shower was broken but the rim was spacious

The room was half way clean. I saw 2 roaches. I didn't say nothing. I didn't want my girlfriend upset because we only stayed for one day before our cruise. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and did her job well. The area is nice as well. The hotel need to spray for raoches and other bugs.

Loved my overnight stay. 4min walk to the beautiful beach. Comfy bed, clean, well stocked room. Ample clean towels and toiletries. Cant beat the price for this hidden gem.

We loved this place! It was perfect for what we needed. The TVs were small, but that’s the only downside.

Todo está excelente. Tiene shuttle hacía el puerto. Cuesta $12 por persona. Son muy eficiente. El hotel queda como a 10 minutos del puerto. Están súper bien ubicados. No doy mejor puntuación por la limpieza. El baño tenía pelos en la bañera y en el piso que no eran de nosotros. El personal es normal. Te atienden bien, pero no con el esmero que lo hacen en otros hoteles.

After about an hour, I was told That the room was still not ready but the front clerk found me another room to accommodate even though I was told previously that there were no rooms because they were completely booked. Got to the room, you can see that the room was not fully cleaned, tables and dresser had sticky residue and carpet had sand and dirt everywhere. Understandable it’s a beach but I could’ve made a sand castle. Room was decent size with a living room and bedroom joined. 1 bathroom which is alright and lightly cleaned. No amenities Understandable the price compared to other hotels around were better but I feel that as a business with potential in that area, could capitalize by being more engaged and communicative with their guests. Things could be better. Also one of the managers at some point, While I was waiting came in, and instead of speaking with guests and asking, he was more concerned about what food his employee was eating. Overall. If you need a place to just sleep and go. Guess it’s okay. Wish I had pictures but don’t.
