Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach

For 175 a night is pricy considering our shower head when you turned it upside down only sprayed 2 inches in the air above it. Worst shower I could possibly have. Also went to talk to the desk and thier solution was to give us another room to shower in. We all already showered. Then they just looked at us. Called 3 times to get m ore pillows with no answer. The pillows were so flat.

Overall, this isn't a bad hotel, but one disappointing issue was that the outdoor showers were out of service. Since the hotel is advertised as being close to the beach, I feel the showers should be operational. Without them, it was difficult to rinse off the sand before returning to the hotel, which made tracking sand into our room almost unavoidable. It was a small detail that had a noticeable impact on our stay.

Customer service was lacking. We were told before we arrived there would be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. None were available and the hotel stated we should have ordered a shuttle (but they never mentioned that when we made our reservation). We also requested a shuttle to the cruise terminal, but their shuttles didn't start until 1030. Our cruise report time was 0930, so again they didn't follow through with their advertising, and we ended up calling an Uber (which actually worked out much better). Our rooms were on separate floors and we're right by the elevator and the entry door to the wing. It was super noisy all night long. I would not EVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was nothing like the description that was given to me on Expedia. Caitlyn that was at the front desk was no help at all. I wanted a room with a king size bed and I got a room with two queen size beds instead. It said that I would get complementary breakfast and there was no complementary breakfast. Even the Jacuzzi didn’t work properly and I’m still waiting for the lights to turn on at the Jacuzzi. So my experience at the four points was not enjoyable at all. I would not recommend anybody to go there.

We had a great time the staff is super friendly and made our stay fun. Best gift shop in town and the Shark pit bar and grill is amazing. Ask for Paul and Shannon they mix great drinks and are super friendly.

The AC in the bedroom was incredibly noisy. The restaurant on-site wasn’t bad, but I’d only recommend eating there for convenience.

The front desk staff is the best part of the hotel. The location was convenient to the cruise port. And it was only a 5 min walk to the beach I didn't care for the property setup and the rooms were NOT cleaned properly. You have access to the parking garage from your floor level-which is cool. But there are steps to take when attempting that exit. Not convenient when hauling heavy luggage! We came in and there was still water and dirt in the bathtub. Asked for housekeeping to come correct it, and didn't smell any cleaning products used. They changed the shower curtain and let the water out and that's it. Tub was stained like it hasn't been cleaned properly in months. There was still food leftover in the fridge. Think they just vacuum and change the beds. Really upsetting and not worth the nightly rate

Clean comfortable great staff and parking on site ( for small charge ) Easy journey to Kennedy space centre Bar closed fairly early and there was only a small un personal area you could finish drinks in

staff was helpful and kind parking was free with pass given to put on mirror in the car parking was easy to find

One Manger added chargers on my Bill that when I checked out they didn’t know what the chargers were and were going to recharge me for the room I already payed for on the 23 I usually don’t have a problem with this hotel until this time
