Perfect location before our cruise. Walked along the beach down to a pier and had dinner over the water. Hotel was very clean and every staff encounters was perfect. Very friendly.

Staff location to cruise pier and beach Check in abs check out process. New systems all staff was confused and frustrated took 30 minutes to check into a pre paid room. Payment made via booking did not show in their system they attempted to charge me again VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Cocoa Beach was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were very clean, modern, and looked like they had been recently renovated. The hotel itself was well maintained and comfortable. One of the best parts was the location — it was extremely close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely return again.

Clean and nice hotel, rooms you can hear very easily through the walls, beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Clean a staff were amazing! Good location too.

The only suggestion I would have is that it would be nice for them to have a free coffee station. It was a pretty pricey stay and not being able to run down and get fresh brewed coffee for free (it is available at their Starbucks store to buy or in your room with those one-cup machines) was a surprise we didn’t realize.

Took my boyfriend to Cocoa Beach for one night for his birthday. The woman who checked me in accommodated me with a beautiful ocean view to celebrate! I also love the beach access from this hotel. Makes it very easy to go to the beach. Plenty of parking, bar at the pool, hot tub, fire table, cafe. This hotel has so many amenities you barely need to leave. A little pricey but worth it!
