Beachside Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral

The beach is a 4 min walk, the hotel was very cute and great for families. I really did like the pool, however it is small with how many kids are in it. Overall we loved it!

Great place, convenient beach access, good food and an awesome lazy river!

The Staff at the Hotel were great. Clean lobby and main area. The rooms feel like a Motel rather than a Hotel. The breakfast was kind of disappointing. The only thing that was good was the toast and the sausage. Everything was very sweet. Very limited fruit options. Only banana and Oranges (edible but nothing to brag about). Location is great, right at the heart of Cocoa Beach. Most attractions are within walking distance.

A couple of things they could fix in the room is the light in the kitchenette was out, the water pressure was low and the closet in the front was missing the clothes rack to hang up clothes

I booked this place last minute 4th of July weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had swimming in the pool and the food and drinks were great. It’s a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend for family as well a couples.

The check in said at 3pm I got there at 330 and when I got there they gave me the room and I open the door there was someone I need to wait like 45min to get a new room and the manager wasn’t too friendly (not even a apology or perk),only the lady that was working with the situation was ok, the toilet of the room was loose and the room look old especially the bath tub. Too expensive two ice cream sandwiches for 14$ + tax, the cups on the breakfast are small also the coffee ones etc never ever again I expected something more, only nice on this property is the pool.

Staff was the best literally had my kids hang out and played games with them while we were unloading our stuff and setting up the room

The lazy river on the property was heated and very relaxing after a long day of traveling. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were basic and I don’t understand why there’s a microwave and cooktop when no kitchen equipment is provided. Both rooms were adjoining and noise from the next room was an issue. Be sure and grab pool/beach towels in the lobby early. They ran out our first day.

Beds are comfortable.

Cute beachside property. I would consider staying there again. It was perfect for a quick stay before a cruise.

The hotel has a lazy river and movie night every night at the pool and open until 11pm. Two things that would have me stay again the pool & Lue one of the front desk employees she was incredible from her kindness, reccomendations, and want to know and truly care for anyone who walked through those lobby doors.

Extremely friendly staff, great amenities (loved that we could get an umbrella and chairs for the beach), pool area wonderful, breakfast was nice. But, rooms were less than desirable. Bathroom small. Room was nothing like pictured on the website. Stains on the walls and outdated. Gave more of a motel vibe.

The property is great for the value! Family friendly suites facing the beach, lazy River, close to the cruise ports, fun pool bar and breakfast daily. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are dates and in dire need of renovation. Breakfast is very basic. They have free beach chairs and umbrellas. I feel, like it is poor value for the price, better options are available at this price point

It has the feeling of a old motel with a nice pool in the middle. The location is great but the bathrooms are very old and the cleaning is ok, they could clean deeper. For me is ok for 1 day. Not more than that.

Everything was excellent!! We will definitely be back
