Motel 6 Cocoa Beach, FL

Room had no washcloths bed was hard. Bathroom door would not shut you could see in three window if curtain to room was open bathroom sink no water pressure

It is typical budget beach place, lots of sand everywhere, lots of older concrete surfaces, usual dilapidation due to coastal weather. Convenient to the beach, I was there to see a missile launch and it worked out great. Only one disaster, my M&Ms got stuck in the snack machine. :(

There is nothing good about this motel. Started upon arrival having to wait in lobby for one hour for somebody to show up to give us our key to the room. There were three other people waiting on this person claiming that they’re shortstaffed and that they have to do laundry at night time. The room that we stayed in was so damp that the towels could not dry, so basically you’re drying yourself off with a wet towel from the day before. The TV did not work It was in a frozen state could not watch anything I went to ask to change room so that I could at least watch TV when we would come in in the evening I was told there was nothing available and what she had was a specialty room. I asked her what would it take how much difference she said can’t help you I do not recommend this place. The door to the room barely closed. You literally have to sleep with one eye open a lot of transient passed through there. I do not recommend this motel. I think they should’ve paid us to stay there.

it was a homeless shelter. staff had some kind of scam going on. I was given 3 different rooms that were occupied before I got an empty one. plus I remembered a kid got murdered there back in the day. I would have hated to get that room, spend a little more and go somewhere else

Paper thin walls. You can hear everything from each of the rooms around you. It was loud well past 3 am, and not because of parties. Just tvs and normal conversation. There was a couple above me on the patio smoking and having an absolutely normal level conversation, No toiletries except the used soap bar in the shower.

And given a room that someone else was in! Was then told I did not pay for room and had someone BANG on my door at 6am and demanded I go downstairs by 7am to sign paperwork. Then told I did not pay for room even though I paid online. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was helpful with problems as best they could. Room was dirty. Floors were gritty with dirt and the room smelled of fish and pee. No drain stoppers or towels. Found two LIVE roaches within 30 minutes of arrival. They moved us to another room the next day. No towels again. Found a giant water bug or roach 2 to 3 inches long on the wall. 4 days later another one was killed while crawling across the floor. There was buckled flooring in the room and water coming from under floor tiles in bathroom. No drain stopper in kitchen or bathroom sink. Again the floor was dirty and gritty. No one came to clean or get trash or bring towels the entire stay. The door had gaps and looked like it had been broken into. You could see daylight vividly coming through the gaps. Staff was nice but understaffed. Air was working great. Refrigerator was dirty as well as microwave. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Just overall terrible and only stayed overnight.

Good ac friendly staff! Bed springs were completely worn out. 2nd bed sheets looked dirty or stained. Otherwise ok

The room was infested with cockroaches. The linen were disgusting with other people’s hair, body fluids. It was gas of two. I had a gas of 100 in my bedroom disgusting.

The property was pretty clean, however the front desk was short staff. I waited for the receptionist to finish the rest of the bookings for over an hour. She did her best!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures posted to advertise this property. The rooms were disgusting and outdated. The front staff were very helpful and understood my concerns and didn’t seemed surprised when I asked for a refund. I tried two different rooms and both were supposedly just cleaned but both rooms had dead bugs, food crumbs and other disgusting items left on the floor. I am shocked that this motel is still in business.

To put this briefly...I will NOT stay at that Motel 6 again. Arrived approximately 4 pm and the room was a total disaster. Bed hadn't been made,sheets were throne across the furniture and pillows stacked in the center of the bed. The staff gave me another room and it wasn't any better than the first room. The faucet in the tub dripped the entire night. The walls were peeling and mold and rust were basically everywhere. But as the old saying goes...You pay for what you get. And I truly did in this case. Let this be a learning moment.

2 hrs to get into room. No rooms being cleaned. Sheet were dirty and had pubic hair on them. Yuck! Everything in shambles. Water dripping in front of every entrance. Pool nasty. Manager was not helpful and a dck. So so bad go somewhere else unless you live in a trailer park this might seem nice

Clean room and plenty of parking, but loud air conditioner, run down property

If I had Somewhere else to go I would have. This is a dilapidated motel that appears to be a place where at least half of the patrons live. I have Never paid to stay in a place where I felt I needed To check the mattresses or felt somewhat unsafe. Thankfully I was with my adult son who is 6’7”. Photos online look nothing like reality. It served my purpose but not without feeling uneasy.
