Motel 6 Cocoa Beach, FL

La piscina 🏊 estaba en mantenimiento en la habitación ni una cafetera ni un microondas para calentar algún alimento!! Eso es de muy mala calidad !!

Very unclean, cockroaches, bathroom plumbing fixtures need replacement before any one else reserves the room. Window appears as if it was not cleaned for months. A very strong smell of Clorox was overwhelming. Tiny bath towels, when available…. Overall, the area we were around and the immediate appearance extremely disheartening that we even reserved a room. We will never even consider, ever staying there. .

Last time we stay at motel 6.roaches in room no refrigerator microwave or coffee pot.even toilet paper roll was almost used up not even an Xtra roll in room sheets and bedding were also old and yellowed.exterior of building run down only good thing was close to beach.

We stay here often and always have a good experience.

We stay here often. The hotel is near everything we came to see.

It’s not a fancy new resort, it’s an old property and with age comes issues, but the price and location make it worth staying here. I just needed a place to sleep, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. I’ll stay there again.

Very inexpensive room, and clean, but there were no plastic cups, or eating utensils. I brought my own paper plates, luckily.

Pet friendly I slipped and fell down 3 times hard on the a/c units that drain across the walkways.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities need an improvement. Room was clean but the bathtub had a hole inside in one side. Overall the building needs a makeover.

Dirty sheets....full of human and animal hair

Cons: The floor of our room was disgusting. There was sand and crumbs all over the floor. There was a huge wad of hair in the bathtub drain. The building is in need of major repairs. Crumbling concrete, chipping paint, severely damaged flooring, cracked bathtubs, door had huge gaps between it and the frame that light shined through, dead palm trees/shrubs everywhere, litter all over outside, etc. The furniture is disintegrating. I killed several cockroaches during our stay but not surprised due to how filthy and poorly maintained the place is overall. There were several obvious drug users on the property at any given time, just lots of icky people in general staying there. My kids and I got bugged by a few at the pool, never went back to the pool after that. Safety was a concern. Multiple people smoking outside our door several times a day. We were there 5 nights, not once did anyone come to spot clean the room, give us clean towels and collect the dirty ones, take the trash, etc. Whenever I brought the trash out to the larger bins myself, the larger bins were frequently overflowing. Next time I’ll pay the extra $15-$20 a night for clean and well-maintained place without the meth-heads and roaches.

Nothing Run down, long waits for assistance. What they advertised is not what you get.

Walking distance to beach There were no towels or blankets clean. They had a washer down. We ask for towels and blankets but they never brought them. People live there so it seemed alittle sketchy

Close to the beach Dirty outside and inside

Pool broken Air conditioning leaking all over room. Microwave missing. Bed broken Sink spraying water all over Paint peeling. Room door gap big enough for a rat to crawl through. Floor giant black stain Freezer in frig defrosted in middle of night. Ruined all the food in frig Lamp shades all tilted. Just a disgusting mess.
