First arrived valet wasn't very helpful,Hotel outdated, Breakfast really good server very nice,Pool was small I had to across the lobby area to use restroom,Bar didnt open till 11,witch im on vacation not a good thing,Also no restaurant open on premises after 10 or any kind of store,Will not come back

Great resort to stay the night before your cruise. Oceanfront with a great outdoor restaurant with live music. The pool is very small and needed cleaning. Short distance to shopping. Nice indoor restaurant for breakfast.

Great hotel, with an an even better location right off the beach. Overall, very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that certain things should be included for free with the price we pay. For example, the shuttle ride to Port Canaveral(We were getting on a cruise the next day) surprisingly had a charge. I’ve stayed at Hilton’s before that included free shuttle service to ports, so I surprised when we had to pay for this one.

Be sure to get into the breakfast buffet before 11. We went in at 11:10 a.m. to get a plate and were told we had to leave. Then they charged us full price for the meal!

The room had no extras. No coffee machine no water. The king bed was good. The partial view of the ocean facing north overlooks the hotel plumbing and machinery. The beach is great for walking at low tide. It goes on for miles. They have Starbucks coffee on the main floor.

A microwave will be nice. They charged me tax and State tax when I was checking out. Florida doesn’t have state tax.

I booked a 4 night, 5 day stay and this was definitely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had! The AC in my room didn’t work even after notifying staff all 5 days they kept saying they “fixed” it and the room never got cooler than 73°F! I killed two cockroaches in my room my first night and the third morning. They advertise housekeeping everyday, but I never got my room serviced. The parking fee is $25 per night. There is no balcony, so I feel like I paid extra for ocean view with the thought of a balcony and the room didn’t even have a balcony. I paid almost $1100 and was upset about my room the entire stay. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! I paid $24 for a “buffet” and could have gotten better quality with a more reasonable price at Waffle House a few miles down the street. DO NOT walk barefoot as the floors in the rooms and hallways are very dirty. I am very upset with Hilton, and I will never stay at this hotel ever again!

The comforters both had stains on them, the bathroom fan did not work. $25 a day to park on the property you are staying at is excessive.
