Our family stayed for 3 nights, which is more than we usually stay in one place. It met all our needs perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't hear noise from neighboring rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast may not have been the most amazing we've had, but there were many more options than previous reviews stated: sausage patties, eggs (also kind of in patties, like to fit on a biscuit), biscuits and gravy, oatmeal packets, little muffins, 2 types of cereal, yogurt, apples, oranges, bananas, and (of most importance for my kids, who are fairly picky but always set if there is a waffle maker...) waffles. There is a laundry with one washer and one dryer, which you can pay for with an app on your phone, and we were grateful for it to dry our soaked clothes after a day ar Silverwood. The room had a small fridge (they don't keep it cold, so you do have to turn it on when you arrive) and microwave. The shower was nice, with a pleasant, moderate pressure. The evening cookies were delicious. We really don't have any complaints about this hotel and the price was right.

The room was quiet through the night. We had breakfast in the morning- same type as most hotels- cereal, yogurt, waffles, breads, meat and eggs. I would definitely stay again. I wish I had caught the names of the staff members! I would love to shout them out.

Easy to find, close to freeway, clean, comfortable.

This is a great value hotel. We’ve stayed here several years in a row for just a night as a stop on a roadtrip. The hotel is older and doesn’t have an elevator, but it’s very clean and the employees are really helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was not great.

Dog friendly and only charge $20 extra for the dog.

The electricity went out at 9:42 am and didn't come back on before we checked out. Emergency lighting came on in the hallway but there was no one at the desk to answer questions or discuss concerns.

As expected

However, we were on the first floor and the road noise was very loud all night long.

Lovely clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is extremely clean. The breakfast area organized and well stocked. There were fewer choices than some other places I have stayed, but still very adequate for a quick breakfast before hitting the road. The cleanliness of the tables, the buffet counters, and the food presentation was exceptional. No elevator so getting my elderly father up the stairs was a bit slow.

I didn't request parking at no additional cost. I requested a no smoking, no pet room and I did receive it The loud woman next door but thankfully she quieted down.

Mother and daughter at the front desk are a great team. saw my cane and got me a first floor room without asking or saying anything about it. Would be nice to have housekeeping give us towels and make up the beds.
