Also, the first morning, we went to take showers and the drain was completely clogged. There was a lot of hair and other things coming up from the drain. It was pretty gross. The shower curtain had not been changed in sometime and was quite dirty around the bottom. I did let the front desk know about the drain and they took care of it while we were out that day.. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice breakfast with a lot of options. The pool was nice and well maintained.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Coeur D'Alene was a really great hotel for a family of 5. We only had one night but we enjoyed all the facilities- swimming pool, gym, putting green and bbq with fire pits. We used the complementary bikes to cycle to the floating boardwalk which was lovely. Large, well equipped, clean rooms and nice breakfast. The hotel manager and all the staff we met were so helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend!

Incredible property. Great location. Start is second to none. Great pool, golfing and games throughout lobby too our kids loved. Rooms are spacious and clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more from them.

It was the perfect working week location. Internet worked perfectly for lots of zooms and Internet calls. Staff were very friendly. The bikes were great for a morning ride. Easy to get on and off the freeway. Great good options right behind the hotel. Would highly recommend.

All front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Nikki for her professionalism and helping to accommodate me and my family following a back surgery. She made sure we had a room close to the elevator and provided extra linens and even a wheelchair.

Service was great, lots of snack options at the front desk area, clean spaces, breakfast was good, beds were perfect!

This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites over the July 4th weekend, and once again, we had a great experience. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

The hotel was comfortable and my kids said the best breakfast.

Also, good breakfast and pool, gym and hot tub were great.

We had an amazing stay! What a beautiful property and friendly staff. The pool was small but the kids had a great time. Breakfast was great with a ton of options for everyone. I was especially impressed that they offered non-dairy alternatives as most places don’t.

Location Room orientation was strange and felt crowded. Bathroom door lock did not work. The worst part was being so close to the elevator in an ADA accessible room with non-stop running and stomping overhead from 5am to midnight.

The staff was superb, breakfast was so good and fresh every day, rooms were well appointed and super clean. Highly recommended!

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. My daughter and I both enjoyed the breakfast. The hospitality was great, we would definitely stay here again.
