We have enjoyed staying here several times and have not been disappointed. The staff have always been great to deal with , and a very friendly and personable attitudes no matter what time of day or night. Check in / check out no hassles. The rooms are very clean as well as the whole property , pool and hot tub great as well. Good selection of breakfast items .. definitely recommend staying here !

The hotel seemed well staffed with a friendly greeting. Our room was perfect, roomy & well stocked (except for an empty Kleenex box.) with everything we needed. Perfect location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was hot, with a nice variety to choose from as well as a dining area with lots of tables and comfortable chairs. I did have to ask at the desk for a refill on coffee, but other than that I highly recommend a stay here...

I am very picky when it comes to hotel accomodations. Never stayed at a Hampton Inn before and was very impressed. Spotless, very welcoming staff at front desk and a terrific location. Room was very quiet. Highly recommend!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The little things provided were amazing such as we were given bottled water to take with us. Then they had a water station and fresh cookies. The coffee station was open 24/7 with good coffee. We felt so taken care of there and will return. Nothing to report!

Great stay for our annual trip to Silverwood. Perfect for families. We like the location and amenities at this hotel. We will return next year.
