The breakfast was good. The fitness center was mediocre at best.

The front staff was exceptionally helpful in accommodating us. The property and rooms were reasonably clean, but there was room for improvement in overall neatness.

The staff was very professional. I loved the newly renovated room, spacious breakfast area. I couldn't believe the size of the large rooms. Love the balcony. For an older hotel, it was a very good stay. The hotel is maintained well, very clean. It's a great place for a good price. There is plenty of parking. Love the view of Southlake. The rooms on the first floor are great.

I enjoyed my trip until sim kids checked in across from me Friday night and seem to have had a party of about 25 people. They slammed doors all night with loud music. I actually got up and went for a walk because it was so loud on the 4th floor.

The location is the best part Front desk staff tried to get my family and I to pay them through Zelle or Cash app to lower our bill. When we declined the day we checked out they called me and said we owed $394 for a room that we never stayed in that was canceled from a family member.

I could not believe you charged me $10.00 a night for parking after i spent $150.00 a night. I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year. This will be my last time. Where an I supposed to park? there is no street parking. This was totally uncalled for and unexpected. There was not maintenance person on staff at night and our toilet clogged. however, the front desk personnel was very pleasant.

The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom.

Rooms dirty, bathroom even worse needs major remodeling. Hallways smelled like smoke even though it says non-smoking property. Very disappointed, website pictures very deceiving looks nothing like the pictures in person.

I choose Comfort inn suites where ever I go as they have not disappointed me.
