In a decent location A lot of squatter types staying there long term. Insulation was bad and I could people “doing it” through the walls

The shower had hair in it, the toilet was inoperable and contained residual waste from a prior occupant, and the floor surfaces were unclean and tacky.

It’s extremely clean and quiet. Not a lot of traffic! Most comfortable place I’ve stayed at in a long time You have to pay for WiFi and to have you’re room cleaned more than once every two weeks

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line. She was calm and communicated to us what was going on, and resolved the issues within a matter of minutes. Furthermore, in the midst of Ty resolving those issues, she assisted me with my dilemma with booking a room on short notice at 11:50pm. She went out her way, and made accommodations for my error, and was very polite the entire time. Ty's ethics, knowledge, and problem solving skills should be noted. To be frank, I would recruit her for a higher level position in my county because she is who you want to represent your business. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay.

The price is too expensive for the quality of rooms , no breakfast and I called them twice just to make sure there gonna be someone at the desk when I arrive and there wasn’t anyone ( checked in late )

The manager was overstimulated and a bit rude , but nevertheless the hotel is outdated and booking ppl with no actual manager confirming the reservations. My reservation didn’t exist

The convenience of the location was definitely a plus. The cleanliness of the hallways and some of the materials in the hotel room, but it looked like they put the best foot forward, it gives possibly an extended stay environment.

Nothing , I booked and the woman at the front desk said there were no rooms The attitude of the receptionist was crazy

They actually gave my room away the day I arrived then told me they were sold out, bit found me A ran down dirty room with wet carpetthat smelled like A dumpster. When I told her know thank you she rolled her eyes and said well thats what its gonna be or you can go down the road. WHICH I DID... NEVERRR ever would I stay at this place

we were told this is a half way house and not a hotel when we checked in there were homeless in the parking lot living there the exterior of the hotel looks good but the rooms are horrible this should have never been a option for Expedia I am very disappointed in Expedia and i will be very carefull booking with them again

The front desk called me and cancelled me when I told them I was 7 min away I was told that they had over booked

Luckily they replaced the carpet on the fourth floor. That’s where I had them move me after the first night Completely filled with S-8 housing. Smells like weed everyday. Housekeeping came one time for my entire stay while I was working there. The front Desk workers are never there or only there after 10 a.m. or whenever they feel like it. Appliances are very old some with rust on them. Will not be staying there again

Ty was amazing loved the service . 10/10 rating all together .

I reserved a room for 3 days. I got a call from Anna while on my way to hotel concerning my reservation. Anna told me that they had to cancel my reservation for the first night cause they didn’t have any rooms available that were clean. Couldn’t help with anything cause their housekeeper left work early. Anna said that she would make sure that I wasn’t charged for nothing. I traveled 4 1/2 hours in one direction. I just got word that my father has less than 2 months to live. I will never stay at this facility or any other place affiliated with them. Very bad business. I never stayed in the hotel.

Breakfast was okay Was working on 3rd floor ,a bit loud

This place was hood like a truck stop motel....
