Everyone was kind and respectful from the gentleman that checked me in to the maintenance man I ran into on the elevator. Housekeeping. Everyone made me feel welcomed. Room nice nd clean and spacious

You have to pay for parking, was told it’d be only $5 and got charged $38.94 for not even 12 hours. They called the manager who did not answer so no one could refund me. Still haven’t. Breakfast is a small normal breakfast. No bacon, just eggs and sausage. Buttt the breakfast attendant was wonderfully helpful.

Pay to Park! For the night I stayed and then next day after I left! Pool had non-guests overcrowding it! Slimy Bathroom Floors and shower stall (Rm 415) Blinking bathroom light Phone didn’t work to call front desk No water pressure Not enough hot water Stink bugs under headboard Noisy neighbors

Not a parking deck but the parking lot itself required an ap and payment. Very disappointing. I would Not go back for that reason. It isn’t as much about the money as the inconvenience.

The breakfast is fine. Have a boiled egg, some yogurt, and a little cereal. The hot breakfast is not great. the coffee is weak.

Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage.

Clean, except for a hair in the bathroom sink and I know it wasn’t mine. Good breakfast. Quiet There wasn’t a have blow dryer in the bathroom. I called to the front desk to see about getting one and there was no answer. Therefore I didn’t have a blow dryer. I was not happy. I mentioned it at check out and the staff just replied that she just got on duty. Couldn’t have cared less..
