Very tacky to charge a $5. Fee to park. Include in room price if necessary. There is a good amount of parking spaces available.

Clean, good location, stuff is very polite. Price is on the higher side. Breakfast was not included into room price and was not a buffet (which is most convenient and fast to use)

Clean and the hostess at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Her name is Lakeisha and she was a doll. Lovely in every way. None

The stay at the hotel was just great. The staff is amazing we ended up checking in at 1:30 am because of us traveling from NJ. They were so kind and understanding. The room was clean and fresh, the bed was soo comfortable we had the best sleep!

They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace.

This hotel is our favorite when we stay in Colonial Heights. The staff is friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The room was spotless inside and the hallway was immaculate. The outside is well maintained. The only comment that is negative was that you pay to park there which just started. I was disappointed to have an additional charge of parking. I think if you choose to stay in a hotel over all the others it should be a no brainer not to charge to park your vehicle. It was only $6 but it was the idea of an unnecessary additional fee.

Here are a few things I liked about the property. I like my room had two bathrooms and one of the bathrooms are handicapped equipped with the shower for my mom having knee replacement, neuropathy, and arthritis. Also you can get food made to order and drinks.

I wish that the bathroom lights were brighter. You could hardly see yourself, and it was difficult to try to do hair or shave. Otherwise, a very nice room.

This was a stop driving from Florida back to Massachusetts. Asia was great after we booked it under the wrong name; she was superb and went above and beyond to help us. Great, safe spot to stay off of 95N.

Weed was allowed to be smoked on my floor: coughed and wheezed the entire stay. Shower drip- hard to cut on and off.
