Overall our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for our trip. Only complaints were that our room was not available at check-in even though we arrived over an hour after check-in time and we misunderstood the schedule for the room being serviced. They indicated cleaning was every other day but I guess that meant that for a 3 night stay you needed to request service. We made do without new towels and what not so not a big deal, just encourage others to clarify if they want cleaning while staying. Again, we really enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the hotel bar/food being available.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Enjoyed the cleanliness, the size of the room, and the relatively quiet atmosphere and room AC. The location was great - less than a 15-minute drive from all of the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was better than average, although I would have preferred bacon rather than sausage. The one less than ideal amenity was the indoor pool, which was uninviting and too small for swimming.

Great stay, spacious room, easy to get to

I booked our room on Expedia. I specifically reserved a room with a king bed and a bathtub. When checking in my husband was told that the reservation was for a king bed only and that they didn’t have any other details from “the third party booking site”. The room that we were initially given had a shower only. I went down and showed JoJo a screenshot of my receipt. We ended up having to settle on two queen beds but it had a bathtub. I would call and verify your reservation details directly with the hotel. The hotel bar is a plus. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts are just okay.

The king room was very clean and spacious. Great location too with many restaurants in the area.

This is a great hotel for the price in a prime location, within 15-20 minutes of most major attractions. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I would have preferred the coffee to be a little stronger.

I want to acknowledge Vickie, the lone receptionist of duty yesterday when we checked in a 4:15P. There we eight different check ins ahead of us. When I got to the head of the line she was so nice, at least on the exterior not frazzled. I had heard other guests complaining to her but she remained professional and pleasant throughout. When we went out to dinner about an hour later there was still a line nd when we returned she was still checking in guests. She was fabulous. The kind of employee any employer would want.

Clean room and quiet but they need more staff for check in on a weekend and area surrounding the hotel is questionable
