Half if the staff was lovely. The other half of the staff was short and annoyed. It was a long weekend, but still... The building is old, particularly in the bathroom. There was paint peeling off the ceiling.

No microwaves in rooms, air conditioner was loud all night. TV had messages like Hyatt needs to renew their subscription, so we couldn't watch World Cup on Fox. It's the little stuff that makes a great stay, and this Hyatt was lacking.

Staff was kind of rude & unhelpful, AC didn't work all too well, & the restaurant on site as advertised is very misleading (it's a bar with maybe three-four food options) if you're looking for a hotel with an actual on-site restaurant- this is not the hotel you want to stay in.

It wasn’t what I expected from the pictures on Booking.com. There really is not a restaurant or a bar. They just have that set up in the same area where they serve breakfast and the couple women behind the desk that check you in are the ones that go back and make you a drink or cook you something so it’s by no means a restaurant also the air-conditioning had movement sensors on them in the room and so the air-conditioning would shut off all night while we slept and it would get really hot and it would shut off during the day while we were sightseeing. The location was pretty good for Garden Of The Gods but Uber wise it was about $20 each way to Garden Of The Gods, $35 each way going to Manitou Springs and about 25 each way to go to Old Colorado. It was about a half hour from the Colorado Springs airport, which was $35 Uber ride. Of course it also depends on the time of day. Another thing about the “restaurant l” is they actually name it, which is ridiculous since it’s not really a restaurant. The movement sensors on the air-conditioning that made us sweat all night and would also turn off when we were gone during the day so we came back to a warm room every day. The fact that there wasn’t a restaurant when we thought there would be one. The seats in the breakfast area and all the tables were filthy even an hour after breakfast.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was close to Garden of the Gods and good restaurants. The breakfast was great.
-
Very good hotel with an In n Out right in front Front desk staff could have been a bit more nicer.
-
The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good. We had to go clear out of our way to get where we were going because of the one way street when you leave the hotel. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
-
Location was close to main attraction The mattress we’re sinking and had a backache
-
Overall had a good experience but breakfast was not as expected. The area gets crowded and not very comfortable. Very limited options for items as well.

We were told that housekeeping was every other day but on day 3 nothing was done. We went to the front desk as we needed towels. Treated very rudely by the manager. He said that it was our fault for having the sign on the door after 6 am. We never had it on the door later than 7am

Lovely big and comfortable rooms. Staff are absolutely miserable here. When we went to check in the woman helping us was so rude. She said we canceled our booking which wasn’t true and made us panic. She didn’t give a shit. When I asked her to look again she found us and that we’d already paid. No apologies for the mistake. The air con units are a joke, so loud that we couldn’t sleep! The hotel is also right on the edge of the interstate so the road noise was bad here. Pool looked lovely in the photos but wasn’t nice in person, sad and dingy and in the parking lot!??? We had no hot water in our room on the second night. Called reception and got told to wait 2 hours because the hotel was full so the hot water had run out lol. At 9pm we called back and they moved us to another room. Again the staff member was so subpar, no apology or care and just handed me the key cards. Breakfast was crap, food was so bland and cheap. Not sure how people eat this sort of food, it’s like plastic!
