Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable with a receptionist. The lady who checked us in was very rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to greet her. I saw her again down the hall and once again she didn’t even smile. Other than that everything was fine.

Wonderful staff who were friendly, professional and personable. Amenities were excellent and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was well above and beyond what we imagined. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Nothing at all They did not have the room I reserved available to my family. The staff was horrible and degrading. They had the poorest attitudes and talked down to me as though I were trash and then told me to either take the room they had for me or leave. The shower head had green scum on it. The sink wouldn’t drain. The “Mountain View” was trees and cars. I reserved a king bed and was put in a full-size bed. My husband is 6’2 and 250 pounds and we had to sleep in a full-size bed together.
