This hotel looks like it should be demolished. It was the worst hotel we'd ever stayed in our lives There is nothing good to say this hotel was a wreck.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Very accessible Property needs serious restoration

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Nothing Pictures are from 30 years ago. Looks much nicer on internet. Doors didnt lock. Very sketchy people living there. Charged too much for a dirty room.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Front desk was super polite and helpful! Cleanliness, smell, amenities were all shut down or broken. Pot holes throughout the drive in and parking lot. Roaches in the hallway etc etc

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Dirty, smelled terrible, roach infested. Checked in but never made it to the room because the smell was overwhelming and the roaches were rampant. Disgusting. Dirty, roaches, smelled of urine in hall

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Dirty unsanitary and should be shut down That they gave me a refund

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The room was filthy and smelly! I refused to stay there so I got my money back and went to another hotel. This place should be condemned!

Nothing Disgusting bug infested hotel. Walls and carpet had holes, very dirty, mold in tub. To cheap to provide light bulbs in all the fixtures. You could feel the springs in the mattress, the air conditioner sound like it was going to explode. Stairwells that were required to access rooms on second floor are appalling. I not sure how decades it has been since the carpet has been cleaned. Don't touch the handrail. You will have slime on your hands. Three crickets and two beetles were in my room. Tried to scoot them out. The went under carpet or into wall. Not sure which. The furniture was broken and falling apart and TV did not work well. The breakfast and breakfast area was equally as horrible. I left the hotel the next day and went to another. This is not an exaggeration. This hotel is truly horrible.

That i paid for 2 rooms thinking the place would look like the photos, I get there and it is a complete mess. There was black mold smell everywhere, the bathtubs had holes in them and black mold around them. We could not open out balcony doors without forcing them. One of the 2nd story balcony rails were loose and about to fall off. Broken entry doors, paint falling off in chunks, plugs in the wall were missing, lights did not work, burn holes in blankets and sheets. Oh and poison oak is growing in the walk way to the door, along with grass taller than my 3 year old. Overall the place has alot of potential but needs alot of TLC. As it sit I would not recommend. I am only giving a 4, because it wasn't bad, bad, but it was very disappointing, showing up expecting to see what you see in the photos and it was nothing like it. If I could have canceled without it costing as much as it did to rent them, I would have canceled and went around the corner to another place.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very dirty we found underwear by a chair and hand prints.

The same man was at the ft desk when I checked in at night and left in the morning. He was very nice. The breakfast was very limited in what was available, especially compared to other motels that offer a hot breakfast. The downstairs ice machine was broken. The property appeared to be run down, and the hallways smelled musty

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. WiFi was good enough to stream. But rooms were quiet. Very old property, the room was clean but the sliding glass doors and windows l of the room and the whole property was a mess. Walls, furniture were banged up and definitely in need of repair. The whole property needs care.

Nothing I don’t recommend it there was also a roach on my bathroom & the rooms stink when you first go in to take a look at them

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

The hotel needs serious repairs and renovations. The owners have the following problem. Everything is dirty; nothing works. The ice and vending machine. Pool closed

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Check in was relatively easy except for the language barrier. The location was kinda tucked away but still right next to the freeway. The bathroom sink sprayed water all over the place and the toilet was off centered, shower worked decent. The towel bar was literally falling off the wall and the night stand was missing it's knob. All the furniture was falling apart and looked like it was found on the side of the road. The bedding was stained with what looked like blood and had burn holes in it.

Very nice staff and checked us in earlier then normal, location is great Very old and ran down. Needs work. Looks very old and dirty everywhere. Beds were hard. You hear the freeway all night. Windows so old they were rattling from the traffic. Planned to stay 3 nights and we left after 1 to a better hotel.

The price is to high and they breakfast was horrible and the room was dirty and smelled bad there was stains on the floor in the hallway it smelled like pee

The place should not be in business. I swore 2 years ago I would never go back there. I didn't realize it was the same place. That place should not be in business. It is amazing it has not been shut down. Unclean. The rooms have mold. The patio slider door didn't lock a year ago and now the slider does not open when you lift the metal bar place to secure it. It is so old it no longer slides or is broken. Another customer exited as well. Last year there were many people living in their cars in the parking lot.I felt unsafe going to my car after dark.

The location was in need of attention, crumbling on the interior walls in halls etc, the room was dirty, especially the bathroom, there were hand print and dirt or grease streak on the wall, public hair everywhere.. there was walling peeling away, the toilet paper insert was loose and fell out a couple times.. terrible.. I will not stay at this location again! The patio door and windows would not open.. the carpet had wet spots on it.. we had our pups with us, but they are trained and they didn't wet the floor, it was wet when we got there.. just more wring than there's room to comment about, let alone I don't want to continue!

Room was beat up. Just about everything.
