Staff nice
-
Front office closes at 10pm with no way to check in after hours.

This hotel is a dump. It looks the owner just gave up trying. The reviews on Expedia were misleading for me. I don't know how this place passes any inspections. Please don't stay here.
-
the facility has been poorly maintained, with primitive caulking of the shower wall, no heat lamps in the fixtures, no spare toilet paper, a toilet that is not fixed to the floor, shabby furniture, plaster crumbling in the hallways. It looks like it is being prepared for demolition.
-
Our room was filthy, moldy and falling apart . Stains on our bedding.
-
Bed was clean. …I think
-
I really liked the idea of still having a balcony. This property really really needs an upgrade. ASAP
-
No coffee machine in room. No ice bucket. No plastic glasses or cups.

The hotel was not as advertised online it was extremely ran down and unsafe. The door to the main hall was open and the swiper broken. The room itself was all but destroyed. The beds were filthy with dirty sheets and mattress. There were dirty handprints all over the walls. The sink was broken at the bottom. There was a random couch with a filthy black blanket halfway draped as if someone slept there minutes before. The room wreaked of human piss the shower had a hole in the wall and hair everywhere.
-
Outlets in room loose. Sliding doors have no latches so they use wood sticks to block doors. Entry door handles broke so they slide over against frame and jams the door from opening. 3-4ft weeds everywhere on property. Outside stucco falling down. Exposed wiring outside everywhere

Cons: the roaches!!! So many roaches. Our room was not clean (hair on the wall of the shower), the walls were really gross. Mold in bathrooms and the fire alarm had a wrap around it. We didn’t feel safe enough to stay and left after trying to sleep, but gave up.
-
After a day I was shocked to see the largest cockroaches I'd ever seen. They kept us company the whole month. The "continental breakfast" only consisted of cornflakes and waffles, which was not quite what I thought it would be. But at least the housekeepers were very sweet and helpful.
-
The bathtub had hair, there was a large booger wiped on the wall, the curtains had holes and stains, there were patches over holes in all the walls.
-
We stayed there for a week. Not once did they come in to clean the room. We had to use the same towels and sheets for the whole week, and we had to dump the garbage. We also had to ask for toilet paper and more shampoo.
-
Outside the pool was covered, there were weeds everywhere. Why have a pool if its covered in the summer? When checking out, the man said I owed more money to the hotel when I have already paid $311.00 online to Expedia. That is unnecessary and unacceptable for telling the customer that when you have already paid. This place I label as a 1 star and will tell my friends NOT to come to this place.

The staff was amazing. Building needs some repairs, but the staff more then makes up for it

It was not very good cause the room we had booked had no Internet or TV and on our way to the 3rd floor by stairs that's all they had people were hanging out in the stairs no pool or restaurant the te ads rooms are not as nice as the pictures show I have stayed at a few Days Inn and none of them was like this one if you don't have to stay there don't ten or twenty dollars are worth spending for something better even the breakfast wasn't good so beware the staff seem nice that is all this place has going for them
