Checked in late at night and got to our floor, stepped out of the elevator and it smelled badly of sewage. The whole floor smelled. Luckily our room didn’t smell. However the floors and walls are stained badly there was gum on the wall beside our bed. The bedding had stains. The shower was peeling paint. I got 2 queen suite with pull out couch, pull out was not sleep-able just springs. I was very disappointed. We switched to another hotel the next morning.

2 day stay and left room early first day so staff could clean and have fresh towels. Room never was cleaned and had to go ask front desk for towels and trash bags. The front staff was not friendly at all.

Beds were very comfortable. Very good continental breakfast, with a variety of items to choose from. Conveniently located from Garden of the Gods, ProRodeo Hall of Fame, and the Manitou Springs area. Close to a number of restaurants. Rooms were clean. Noise was minimal. Friendly staff.
