A complete drive period and you need to be on guard 24/7

Had 3 rooms, all were in terrible condition. Dirty linens, mold in shower. Door was open on check-in for one room and its bed had been slept in. The security lock was missing. Will not stay here again!

The most horrible accommodations I have ever experienced! I immediately cancelled the remainder of my stay there!!!

Looks like the Motel is going through remodeling but the staff was very friendly. It is right off the freeway but did not hear any of the freeway traffic. Mattresses are very firm.

You get what you pay for.

The lock on the room was not there, the safety one that's usable once you are in for the night. The hotel was maintained for it's age. The area is safe. Colorado Springs has alot of homeless. This area was good.

It was worst experience so far I ever had in a hotel and specially Motel 6. I have stayed in other Motel it was good to OK experience but this was worst.
-
The room was fine but not completely cleaned. It smelled of smoke. The exterior was a ghetto. Fire damage. Piles of old mattresses. Police cars cruising through and loiterers in the halls. Dirty

The hotel had a fire by the office and there was homeless around the hotel

I would never recommend this place everything was nasty. Property was filthy not a safe place to stay at all.

Beware: I should have read the other reviews prior to making a reservation. The room looked nothing like the picture - not even close. There was no microwave or fridge. Even though I reserved a non-smoking room, it reeked like smoke the moment I walked in with my three children. The A/C did nothing to cool the room, the TV did not work, and the floor was dirty. I went back to the office to request a different room, where I noticed that a room almost directly next to the office was closed due a fire that started from their A/C unit. The room was black and boarded up, and there was a hole where the A/C had caught fire or blew up. The surrounding rooms were also closed. Although the man at the front desk was helpful and moved me to another room, it wasn't enough. As I arrived at the second room, I passed some people who had set up camp in the hallway with blankets, items, and dogs. I opened the door for the new room, and the room was not ready for guests. The beds were unmade and the room was dirty. I left the property to find a another place to stay. After reading other reviews, there are common issues that have yet to be addressed - they are aware of the lack of cleaning, the set-up of camps around the property by homeless or traveling individuals, the tv not working, the room where the A/C blew out. I have never felt so completely frustrated in renting a hotel room. I stayed at a different hotel that only cost $25 more, and had a fridge, microwave, A/C, and working TV.

The only good thing about this property is the staff, which is very helpful. This property need serious maintenance. It is not currently in livable condition. I say everything is broken there! I see some renovation is in progress so hoping this become good in few months.

There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. When we requested to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones we were met with reluctant disdain. Overall one of the worst stays ever. You cannot even see mountains from anywhere on property. The local smoking hangout was right outside our door and it was loud. Don’t stay here.

The place has been on fire and not fully repaired. It is very run down. There were people with dogs everywhere and they were letting them poop on the sidewalks that led to the rooms. Many people are living there and it reeked of weed.

Un buen lugar, apropiado para viajar en familia

Absolute Dump! Some of the front building is burnt, homeless hang around day/night on the balconies and property, no smoke detectors, no garbage can even after asking 3x, sheets dirty w/cigarette burns. Expedia should never advertise and the health dept. should shut ém down!
