The adult pool had no shaded area and only two umbrellas. Housekeeping seemed majorly understaffed.

The staff are really nice and very helpful whenever you needed something they would help you right away. Period elevations had delicious food. The amenities at the lap pool/beach area or lots of fun. The room that I stayed in was very clean and functional layout. The Matcha and ice cream at the novelty store was delicious. The staff went above and beyond meaning the staff at the restaurant, front desk and maintenance/room service.

Loved the property! The staff was amazing, food was excellent. Overall great experience.

The hotel itself is very outdated.

Please clean the lake so we can actually swim in it

The room rates are comparable to properties like the Gaylord, but the overall value feels lower given the amenities and dining options. The facilities could use more consistent upkeep, and the limited food choices (including the breakfast buffet) didn’t quite match the pricing or service level. The rooms themselves were fine, but a stronger focus on maintenance and more variety in dining would significantly improve the guest experience.

Beautiful resort which we unfortunately did not have the time to explore. We only used the outdoor pool which was very nice. Checking in was time consuming as there was a long line when we arrived. The breakfast Buffett is quite nice. Large selection and lovely view from the dining area.

We can’t wait to leave tomorrow. Pictures were very deceiving. It older. Run down. Tv service wasn’t working but we could at least sign into a streaming channel. We checked in and left because we couldn’t stand the thought at staying here. We will leave as soon as we can in the morning. Just really not comfortable here

That said, the property could benefit from some maintenance and safety upgrades. My husband hit his head several times on a low beam over a stairway that wasn’t marked with any warning signage. We also noticed a few railings that felt loose or had cracks, which could become a safety concern if someone leaned against them. The elevators also seemed to need maintenance. Rather than coming to a smooth stop, they often ended with a noticeable jolt, which was a little unsettling. At the aquatic pool, the stairs leading to the children’s slide had anti-slip strips, but they were quite steep, and the hard surface at the bottom didn’t appear to have any rubberized safety padding!!! If a child were to slip or fall, the landing could result in a serious injury!!!!!! One other disappointment was paying extra for a Mountain View room (booked through Expedia) While we did have a mountain view, many guests with less expensive resort-view rooms appeared to have equally nice views, so we didn’t feel the upgrade offered much additional value. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the resort, but I hope the property invests in maintenance and SAFETY improvements, as it has the potential to be an great resort.

The resort was extremely peaceful and quiet, even as busy as it was during the summer. Our balcony overlooked the lake and driving range, and we could even see Cheyenne Mountain Zoo! The bonus was watching a beautiful lightning storm one night. The beds were really comfortable, and having a coffee maker and refrigerator is always desirable. The lobby is incredibly gorgeous with memorable views. The front desk staff couldn't have been any more friendly and welcoming; check-in was a wonderful experience. Shout out to Esmeralda! We will definitely return to the resort on our next visit to the Springs.

Certain rooms are hard to get to with luggage. Lots of stairs. Bathroom dark and killed multiple spiders and bugs in the room the first night. Screen door didn’t slide but got fixed quickly. Cleaning lady didn’t speak English so she couldn’t understand what I was asking for. Pretty views from our room but overall just an ok resort.

It was our first visit to this property. The Mountain View room had beautiful views. Nice deck too! However, I have to say the room was quite old and needed an update. The swimming pool with the snack bar was fun. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. We will definitely be back, but may ask for an updated room. It was a great property.

Nice resort and golf course, but very outdated rooms

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Perfect base, great view of the mountains with onsite access to a stunning golf course. Facilities were excellent , heated pool exceptionally clean. Would recommend staying, great room sizes too.

Beautiful views and friendly staff. The rooms seemed a little outdated as far as TVs (no smart tv). Not a deal breaker AT ALL. No microwave in room and the Keurig worked half the time but not the other. Again not a deal breaker. If you plan to do more outside of the resort and don’t plan to use all of their amenities maybe not the place for you. But great for families and there were a lot of things to do within the resort!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

We had a 2 queen bed room with a mountain view. We could see a bit of the mountains which was nice but were mostly facing the driving range/golf course. The area underneath our balcony had some trash throughout our stay. We did not really love the $30/night parking fee on top of the room rate and the $40/day resort fee. Seems a little excessive and I didn't read that in any reviews. Overall though, our stay was good...there are lots of things to do from the adult swimming pool to family pools and beach area, tennis and basketball courts, and restaurants on site.

This place really does have EVERYTHING!!! We loved the friendly staff, amenities that ranged from various pools to swim in to restaurants around every corner. One night we ordered room service and it was perfect. Then we hung out by the pool and had a lovely lunch adjacent to the golf course. The views are spectacular as well. This was the height of summer so it’s probably different in the winter.

Great place to stay! Beautiful facilities and many amenities with gorgeous views!
