The hotel has been revamped since I was their last. It is in very good shape and is one of the best hotels in Colorado Springs. We found that the food and the overall condition of the property was excellent. The only downside to this hotel is that it is popular. On the weekend that we were there there were two very large weddings and they overwhelmed the staff in the restaurant. Nonetheless, we got through it well and very much enjoyed our stay..

Love the setting! The elevators were old and kind of crusty. Only thing I can think of.

It’s nice to be in a resort with restaurants on the property, but you can’t get a breakfast without waiting for the brunch buffet.

Beautiful location with lovely outdoor amenities. The buildings are a bit dated but rooms redone with mountain charm. Lots of space and beautiful views. Highly recommend

Everything is a long walk. From lobby to rooms, from room to fitness centre. Room mechanicals very noisy. Not a place I would go back to.

Rooms were great. Food at elevation was wonderful. I was looking forward to the pool but there was lightning. Inside pool noisy with kids and Aladdin movie on. Went to the jacuzzi in another building and it was in the locker room by the toilets. It had foam so didn't get in. High fees for parking 30 00 per night and facilities fee of 45.00 for things not used or below expectations. Please check your sliding glass door before going to bed. Mine was unlocked.

Rooms were immaculate. Love the light make up mirror in the bathroom. Dim light in actual room. No one seems to have overhead lights anymore. Hard to see. Breakfast buffet was great but a little pricey but you're on vacation! There is a resort fee which is fine, but the parking fee got me. $30 a day, not necessary. Overall great place but read the small print no matter where you stay!

Blood on steps, filthy grounds with cobwebs, dirty walls in the room and outside,and actual garbage that was there all three days.country club closed on weekends and ice cold “ heated pool.” Absolutely oblivious office front desk staff. Loud outdoor AC unit or generator that literally ran all night every night for a completely sleepless stay. Our ac/ climate control was broken in our room. We made a request about ground floor or near elevator and ended up on third floor building without an elevator . Restaurant kept telling us they were closed when in fact they were suppose to be open at 11 am. Etc…

I wish the rooms had microwaves . There is only one community microwave and it’s in the main area.

Third stay! It is pricey for a hotel room and truly that is what it is! Parking isn’t free nor our the amenities. Security comes around and ensures that you were either a member or a guest staying at the hotel when you’re in the pool breakfast is normally not included and is around $120 parking is $30 and if you want to use the golf course that is also a price.

All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and coffee shop were excellent and very convenient. We also indulged in a round of golf during our stay and had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable at every turn and, of course, the views are amazing at this resort.

All the facilities were fantastic exactly what we were looking for for a family outing. Normally complementary coffee in the lobby was not provided and that was disappointing. Needs updating

We had very enjoyable experience at this resort. We do plan to stay here for future trips

It is a beautiful place

Property has a mountain lodge feel. Lobby, bar, restaurant and patio are perfect. Rooms are clean with crisp linens and comfortable bedding.
