Room door had a broken lock on it. Weeds were as tall as the windows. Breakfast bar??? Ha

The hotel was in horrible condition, filthy carpeting, phone in rm had no dial tone, bedding looked worn and dirty, Bathroom was filthy I walked in And then I walked out Staff at front desk was very understanding at my decision not to stay there

Absolutely nothing This hotel is substandard it's dirty there blood stains on the sheets and comforter bed bugs unsafe to stay here

STAY AWAY, AWFUL PROPERTY. The good: The bed was comfortable and the shower head was not lo-flow. Everything else was atrocious. We arrived 2 hours after check-in and the room was not ready. It took an hour to make 2 beds. When we got in, the room was dirty. Stains in the carpet, blood stain? on the drapes, hair in the bathroom. The towels were dingy brown, the furniture was broken, the TV would not change channels, the smoke alarm was missing . . . it was terrible. Took 2 hours and 2 tries for the TV to get repaired, but it was dim anyway and almost unwatchable. The breakfast consisted of 1) coffee, 2) store packaged mini-muffins (they were not good) and 3) frosted flakes and skim milk. That's it. Ice machine was broken (the sign said to go to the next door hotel for ice). They didn't even bother to put the toilet paper on the dispenser. When housekeeping did up the room the next day, they did not leave any towels. I went to the front desk for towels, and was told they had run out. When I asked how I was supposed to shower, the woman told me to go to WalMart and buy a towel. There were homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel both days we were there. It is difficult to properly express how dirty and disgusting the property was overall, and how poorly we were treated by the employees. Overall, the worst property I think I have ever experienced, and there isn't a close second. I will be avoiding any Days Inn or Wyndham property in the future.

Staff not friendly, did the less amount to be helpful, there was no breakfast past 8am then we was told it would be from 6am to 9am. Hot tub was not hot, the desser drawer bottom was missing making it useless. The door to the room was sticking and not opening correct at all. The room was dark even with lights turn on. All it was a horrible time would not want to stay again. Only thing to make it better would be a refund.

The price was cheap The breakfast was not what I expected. They only had cereal and the milk was gone.

The staff was super friendly They had no extra towels to give and only gave us one. They only provided two pillows that was it so we had to go out and buy more pillows so we could be comfortable two of the mornings we were there. They did not have breakfast like they were supposed to provide ,when we were swimming The hot tub was cold and not warm and we were only able to swim for a few minutes than other guest came in and we’re very rude and we’re blasting music till we had to leave. The floors were super dirty and our door handle on our room was broken.

arriving at my room and opening the door, reached for the light switch but no lights came on. Had to walk into a dark room and find a lamp to turn on for some light. Went to turn on the air conditioner but was unplugged and not working. A floor fan was siting in the room for my use. Still warm in Colorado this time of year. Started to put some of my clothes into the drawer but the bottom of the drawer was missing. Looked around for an ice bucket and a water glass but there was none in the room. Walked to the ice machine thinking a bucket might be found there, but the ice machine was tagged with a sign that said to walk across the drive to an other motel and get ice there. Turned down the bed to find the sheets stained. No hangers to put my clothes on, 8 am went to the free breakfast to find nothing but a crumb covered empty table and not even a drop of coffee. Had 4 days booked, left after 1 night.

Mold in the shower. Blood on the blanket. One towel for 2 people, was refused any more.

Nothing Everything

The experience was horrible all the way through the picture is old because the location looks totally different it’s updated in photos and old and dirty with abandoned buildings surrounding it. The check in went horribly wrong there was only 1 housekeeper so I had to delay getting in my room by 2 hours. Once allowed in room no ac there was a standing fan I requested a new room and was ate by bugs all night. The Windows did not lock and I was on the first floor and the lobby was a park and party all night. Worst part in middle of the night someone walked in my room after 13 hours on the road this was my experience.

Breakfast was only a yogurt, cereal, muffin, coffee The hot tub was full but unheated, pool area, and fitness room were only available on special request

Honestly, not alot. I have already fed back to Corporate but there was a laundry list of things that were sub par. Access - I recently had both knees replaced and were not informed till we got there that there was no elevator. No possibility of being relocated to the first floor, even though I did attempt to communicate with the property beforehand with this concern. Bed Linens - As we peeled back the sheets, there were large black spots on the white sheets. Had to go to the front desk to get clean sheets and remake the bed. Also, as we remade the bed, noted that there were burn holes in the blanket, strange in a non-smoking room. Appliances - No fridge or microwave in the room Towels - When we got in the room, noted no towels in the room at all Cleanliness - Noted large brown splatter marks on the curtains. These were not part of the material print. Safety - No smoke detector in the room, the mount was there but was empty. TV Remote - beaten up with the back plate missing. Communications - Front desk staff seemed bothered that we had concerns and on Saturday morning (when we were assured the Mgr would be there) we found a sign telling us that if we had issues, we could call a local number or go visit another property.

clean & cheap by the airport if that's all you need. No change for the laundry, no restaurants close by, TVs barely work, nothing in the "breakfast" by 7am, lots of sketchy folks around

This is in a really rough part of Colorado Springs. The room had one pillow without a pillow case. No face cloths or bath mat in the bathroom. We had to ask for the missing items. The staff acted like it was an imposition by shrugging their shoulders. The air conditioner wasn't plugged in. We plugged it in and it didn't even didn't work.

The pool was actually running. When we arrived, one of the 3 rooms we reserved was still dirty with the beds unmade. One of the air conditioners did not work in another room. It was hard to find anyone at the front desk and we had to go across to Super 8 to find workers and to get ice.

Nothing Dirty carpets, stained and burnt comforters, 2 broken TVs no bulbs in lamps, curtains that didn't close,black mold on ceiling in bathroom, broken door knob to bathroom, blue stains all over bathroom vanity, no towels they were being washed sketchy parking lot!!! Hmmm I think that about sums it up
