The staff was kind and understanding. Unfortunately the property was in shambles. We saw 3 rooms. The rooms were very dirty, holes in the wall, broken lampshades, missing lightbulbs, broken air conditioner units, smoke alarms were disconnected from the ceilings. We lifted up the 4 mattress protectors that were on the beds. One bed was decent, one was completely yellow, and one had a large brownish/red stain on the center of the mattress that was about 1/2 the size of the mattress itself. We given 4 pillows for the 3 beds we had and no rooms haf any towels/washcloths etc.

The staff were helpful! The room was clean

The carpet looks staine not sure if that was only the color, but it was gross. The restroom floor tile design looks like there are a lot of dirt, but it might only be the design.

our original room wasn't cleaned so we got put in a separate room there was holes in the sheets and some yellow stains. the hot tub wasn't working and our room key didn't work anytime we needed back in our room staff was never on duty either.

Staff was amazing. We didn’t have towels at the pool or inside room. Other than that it was alright.

Breakfast facilities a mess, filthy, poor options, the whole place looked abandoned First room when we arrived had damaged door lock, after long talk accepted requestt of changing rooms. moved us to a single bed one and no A/c !!!! They accepted us to leave after one night. If any complaint or assistance they ask you go to the next door hotel. Are you serious ? Thanks to Expedia for the reimbursement, but seriously you should consider listing this sort of Place in the app. Is there any previos analysis of hotels?

Our room door didn't lock. After bringing it to their attention twice, I was supposed to receive a discount for the issue which, at this time, I haven't received or even received any response to the message I sent. The shower curtain and bedspread had holes in them. There were no hand towels, washcloths, or bath mat in the room. The curtains could not be closed completely. I definitely will not be staying there again.

The staff is very friendly, but the hotel is old and very dirty; the carpet was in terrible condition, the TV was broken, and the curtains were covered in automotive grease. Honestly, I wouldn't book here again.

Unfortunately the room need a work, like a whole remodeling including the bathroom, even curtains and bed cover were ripped. I wouldn't stay there again unless it gets updated.

Stains all over carpet, multiple yellow stains on white comforter, multiple holes in sheets, red/brown drops on air conditioner, ripped lamp shade, hair on sheets, hair in shower drain, hair on carpet, hair on bathroom floor, dried brown drops on the wall, AC air smelled terrible, there was 1 shower towel for 2 adults. Breakfast was a few packaged muffins, a few yogurts, one type of cereal, and a mostly empty jug of milk. Cereal and milk all over the counter. We had our baby with us and let him crawl around on the carpet in the room. His hands, knees, and feet were brown. Very nice staff, however.

Room wasn't ready at 3pm, had to wait 45 minutes, then needed ground floor because of no handicapped facilities. The room smelled and was not cleaned. I took 31 photos and went to the front desk. I could cancel, but was told I couldn't get my money back as they don't refund. I gave a cash deposit, but was still charged for 2 deposits on my card. TV remote did not work, no battery or cover on the smoke detector. No bottom in the dresser drawer, no fridge or microwave and no ICE in the building, had to go next door for ice. Breakfast included was 1 cereal, milk, prepackaged muffins and the minimum for coffee. Couldn't connect to the free wifi on any of my devices. I was exhausted when I arrived and even more so after 5 trips back to the front office. I am handicapped and use a walker. This is not all, but for a Wyndham hotel I was shocked. Believe me I called Wyndham the next day and was able to send them all the pictures. We will see what happens.

No tv, no amenities, toilet did not work.

There was only one towel for two queen beds. When we asked the front for me she said they didn’t have any that guests had stole them all. The door to the room was broken and she wouldn’t give us another room. There was old nasty carpet in the room, there was black mold in the bathroom l, and the smoke alarm was completely missing. The wires were there but no smoke alarm. The pool was actually ok, but we had nothing to dry off with. The Colorado Springs health department should shut this place down. I couldn’t believe they had removed the fire alarm, and let guests stay there. We left very early in the morning to say the least. When we talked about a refund the host said maybe we would get one, but wasn’t sure because we booked through a third party “Expedia” so we said the hell with it and slept for a few hours and left. One of the most disgusting places we have ever stayed! Also the police were leaving as we walked in because they had to respond to the place for some reason! This is a franchise. Whoever owns Super 8 and this location should be embarrassed and things need to get fixed or it needs shut down. SMH
