Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

The Contennial breakfast was pitiful. The yogurt they served had botulism, the fridge was tiny and over froze everything. Their card reader failed constantly and we had to replace 5 keycards. Every possible amenity was done with the absolute minimal amount of effort or cost. No problems from staff though. It was just not a good place to stay spend 5 more a night and upgrade.

Staff difficulty with English was a cause of a cancelled reservation

There was no in-room coffee, no fridge, no microwave, no smoke detector. If you want to charge your devices, then you have to find a way to keep the charger in the outlet because it will fall back out very easily.

Rooms are good but there is smell outside the rooms

The staff member p.m. and a.m. were helpful. The carpet was filthy in the room. The bedspreads had holes and stains. We had to ask for bath towels, hand towels, washclothes, pillow cases, and drinking glasses. TV remote control was missing so we were moved to another room. Table lamp didn't work and it wasn't the light bulb. Lamp shades were missing on 2 lamps. Breakfast consisted of 2 choices of cereal, milk, muffins, juice, yogurt, and coffee. No creamer for the coffee. The milk was left out at room temperature, and not on ice. The staff at the desk tried to help on top of checking in guests! The staff was friendly. Housekeeping staff needs to do much better.

We got 2 rooms. One was alright. The second room was bad! Asked for a new room and same thing. The blankets had holes, rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking and stunk, everything was falling apart. The second room also had a clogged sink. This place was supposed to have a pool and nope!! I will never, ever go back!! I can’t stop apologizing to my family for making this wrong choice. I can keep going on about the things that I didn’t like but… I thought about a refund.

The front desk staff was rude. There were holes in our curtain and our bedding. We only got 2 towels and when asked for more, they couldn't find any. I was charged my deposit and they won't give it back and I don't know why. Because it was not a great hotel. Oh, so in a very sketchy part of town, where i'm pretty sure people were doing drugs in the parking lot

Make sure don’t use the credit card you will not going to use to pay for the room. They will charge your card hours before arriving.

I requested a 1st floor room but was given a room on the 2nd floor. The AC didn't work in our room. The front desk lady let us use her fan, but it was still hot in the room. There was 1 tiny pillow on each bed. Apparently, that's all the pillows the hotel had because when we asked for another pillow we were told they didn't have any. There were 2 cheap "bath" towels and no washcloths. The juice machine didn't work.

The room itself was visibly clean. The bed had four pillows and only two of them had pillowcases. I asked the front desk clerk to put pillowcases on the pillow while I was out and when I returned the bed was made, the pillows were put back in place with no pillowcases. The hotel advertised a breakfast.However there was no breakfast.

Poor accommodations, yes understand it is low cost. Bought for location because 10 minutes from airport terminal, BUT room floor was really bad, carpet worse, trash baskets unemptyied, NO PHONE in room, left a wakeup call to my cell phone # to catch early flight and offered to pay $5 for the call---- NO CALL. Clean sheets, but POOR for an airport claimed motel.

Property is older, the front desk gentleman was helpful and kind. My rooms key card reader didn’t work so if I wanted to leave and come back I needed to ask the desk to let me in my room. There is not an elevator so if you cannot do stairs this property would not work unless you requested a ground floor room.

The carpet had a few stains and there was one stain on the bed spread. Each bed only had one pillow, which was not the best quality. There were only a few items avaliable for breakfast.

I had no air-conditioning in my room. 210 they couldn’t move me and do nothing about it. She pretty much couldn’t do nothing. She couldn’t get maintenance to come that night. It was too late. So I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel around midnight, it was too hot.

The smoke detector was missing, wifi wouldn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, some of the sheets were torn, the bedspreads had holes the TV had issues, there was no chair for the table. The electrical outlets were loose and my plug kept falling out. There were light bulbs missing.

The Staff is awesome!!! No microwave or fridge, had to switch rooms because I was unable to get into my room.
