Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

The beds were comfortable. I booked a room for an associate and myself for 5 days. We had no Wi-Fi after the first day. I didn't receive my $100 deposit. Manager and staff resolved nothing and made excuses or said my deposit was coming. I had to call my credit card company to get my deposit back. Not recommended.

Close to the airport. A gas station across the street to fill the rental. Front desk lady was very nice. No breakfast. It was cereal scattered everywhere and milk. We checked out and ate at the airport. This is good for a bed and a hot shower before traveling. Two lights worked in the room. The management needs a stern talking-to as they are not living up to the Wyndham standard and quality.

Easy check-in. Rooms dated but completely functional and clean. For the price, highly recommended.

Bed were gross we had wet towels when we walked in a bathrooms were gross

Disappointing stay. The room had torn bedsheets in several spots and lacked adequate pillows and towels. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast was severely lacking, offering only yogurt and cereal with no bread, toaster, or hot options available as expected

Curtains had holes and tips in them. No washcloths or hand towels. Carpet was filthy. Ceiling is cracked. No lights to see In the room. Plugs didn’t work. Breakfast coffee had no lids for cups, no sweetener. Refrigerator in room was on the floor. What apparently was a desk was an uneven table. And the desk chair was too short for the table. Exit doors would not shut due to people putting rocks in them so they could go outside to smoke. Room smelled terrible. Just a horrible experience.

The bed springs were poking me depending on my location in the bed. Sheets and blankets had burns in them from cigarettes. Staff used the handicap parking. I need a bottom floor for my disability did not get one Need new mattress and bedding!! Tell the staff to smile at people who are not the same race
