Room was clean nice, no hot water in shower

I asked for more blankets because it was cold they said they did not have any. There was 1 light bulb working. We asked if they could change it, we could not see the in the room the entire time. Staff was awful and rude I asked for a baggage cart they took 45 mins to get it.

Shuttles only run from 8-5. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Bedding is soft. Staff were nice. Lynette the manager was accommodating and kind.

I wasn't very happy with the night clerk of her bad attitude when she spoke to me.

We had booked a two queen. When we got there they said that hotel was under renovation and they could only give us one bed. Offered a chair……. Told us to take it or leave it……

We miss the morning breakfast by 2 mins and we were shut down. It’s our fault but we were hoping they would nice and still feed us, lol. Learning lesson, don’t be late for the made to order breakfast.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly. Hot tub was not working. I booked this hotel because it was one of the few that had a hot tub and a pool. So that was disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. The room was ok.

The floor I was on smelled like smoke. We did not get our 3:15am wake up call to leave for the airport.

Room was clean, only down fall is the restaurant isnt open all day. Its open 6-10am then 5-9pm

Rooms were so disgusting dirty, heating did not with, mold all in the hallway, ceilings are caving in with holes, the smell of mold alone will make you move to another floor. They have advertisement of free breakfast buffet, not true. Never would stay here again

We had a mechanical issue with our first room and were changed to a better room. Special praise to Raven at the front desk for making this change easy. Raven was very personable and professional and we extended our trip due to her actions.
