Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

The air conditioner/heater squealed and the pool was on the cold-ish side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Advertised as a 2 queen beds. One bed was a foot smaller than the other. Room was outdated bed cover cleaner but all lower sheets were not very clean. Breakfast was poor quality and staff was not very prompt with putting out anything fresh. The waffle irons were very dirty day one. Someone must have complained because day 2 they were scrubbing them, during the breakfast service. Which is comical to me because they have 21 other hours of the day to do this but chose to do it during the breakfast hours. Pool looked disgusting day one and day 2 it was closed for emergency repairs which makes sense because it hadn’t been taken care of for a while and green bacteria growing all in the floor and side walls of it. Staff is very unhappy and don’t like to be asked questions with a very unpleasant attitude towards any questions. Would not recommend this place to even a enemy of mine.

Gave it 4 stars because the pool area was closed all week for maintenance. Other than that it was good.

Our room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was polite and helpful.

The property was well taken care of and you could tell cleanliness was a high priority. The staff were all very friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. We enjoyed the breakfast selections as well. I would stay here again.

Loved the fact it was dog friendly, and it’s updated wonderfully

Bed was too hard for our preference but everything else was great.

I got there a couple hours early and they had rooms ready so I could check in. Just put my bag in my room and went and had lunch. With the wood floors in the hallway it was a little loud with people. There was a big gap at the bottom of the door (about an inch) that kinda added to the noise. Other than that it was a great stay.

Clean rooms, great breakfast

Laundry room was not working, i went out side to do laundry. Room has a smell.

No bell to ring, we waited for at least 10 minutes for someone to get there, a little disturbing. The rest of the stay was fine. Breakfast was good

I booked through booking .com and apparently the virtual card you send to the hotel wouldn’t work. I stood in the lobby over and hour waiting for it to get resolved. The hotel manager told me to call booking .com even tho I had a confirmation email and charge. I was exhausted and very unhappy with the experience.

Pleasant stay, quiet, good for the price.
