Our television did not work & there were no other rooms to move to.

The location was perfect with parking available. The staff were courteous and attentive. It was great to have breakfast available in the morning. Overall, the facilities and my room were clean.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, clean, relaxing easy to get to the comfort was the best slept like a baby after a long day

The room was clean, but they would not give us extra towels until we took the dirty ones down to them(on had four towels), and the hot tub didn’t work. Also there was no elevator so had to carry all the bags up flights of stairs.

Only thing I will say is the pool don’t look how it do in the pics, but otherwise cool lil hotel.

Had an issue finding our reservation when we first arrived. But was able to find it and had no other issues.

this hotel is a good bang for the buck for travelers needing to be close to the airport. It is older maintained decently but like old people does have some minor problems. When I stayed there last April the washing machine was broken. When I came back on Sept 24 the new one had arrived only a week before, so that is 5 months to get a replacement washer. This time the hot tub was broken since August waiting on a part. The tub in my room filled up when taking a shower and took over 35 minutes to drain and left a slippery residue on the bottom. When I entered the room for the first time the light bulb on the desk top lamp strobed like a disco so I went to the desk and got a replacement bulb. Checking all the lights in a room is the cleaning team function. The staff is good, gracious and helpful and it isn't their fault repairs take so long the is managements job.

The breakfast was good The night front desk staff was very rude & the bath towels are stained like they clean floors with them very disgusting

Tell people there’s no elevators in it you’ll have to walk up two flights of steps.

The room was good for the price. It was reasonably updated. It was very clean. I was taken off guard, though when I went to the hotel to find out, you have to pay a holding deposit, even though I had already paid for the room entirely, which was not disclosed on the website either have to pay $200 in cash or $100 on card

The staff was polite and professional. No complaints about them or anything about the service. It’s just an old dated property. There’s nothing the staff can do about that.

The staff were great, breakfast was really good. The only gripe I have is that the hot tub of course had to be down…

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great! The airport was 10 minutes away! Parking was right out front and always available. The parking lot had a few chug holes that needed repair, but we just avoided them! The hot breakfast was yummy! A variety of food for everyone. The eating area was clean and neat. Overall this hotel is a great value! Definitely would stay again!
