Quality Inn Colorado Springs Airport

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. Everything was comfortable and clean. staff were very friendly. I would certainly recommend staying there.

The pool could have been better

Ants in the bathroom and the room really smelled bad. Like sweat and dirty socks. I went and got a plug-in because it was really bad.

This Hotel does not have an elevator and the only ice machine was on the first floor and the room had an old smell.

Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms unless requested. I assumed all hotels clean unless a sign is on the door. Hot tub was closed due to “emergency”. After five days I didn’t see anyone working on it. Exercise room was better than expected.

Hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. Being close to the airport was very convenient

The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the same old eggs, sausage, waffles, and lots of bread. No fruits or other healthier alternatives. We had to park on the other side of the entrance since it was packed, but the hotel was not full; not sure what the deal was.

The hot tub was not working.The pool did not look clean. The carpet in the rooms were horrible. We're stained. The hallways didn't have no ac. The hotel has 2 levels and no elevator which we did not know ,When booking. The breakfast was, i'm just okay, nothing spectacular. It looks like the whole building needs some major renovations and up keep.

Good for the price. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. Downsides included outdoor noise could be pretty loud, breakfast was blah and, most frustrating, the TV software was very difficult to figure out. (In the morning I could only get Nickelodeon although I did a bit better the previous evening. This was the second TV I tried as they changed my room because the first TV didn’t work at all.)

Hot tub was not working the doors were locked you couldn’t get in to swim either the bathroom outlet didn’t work the air conditioner was not cold the free breakfast was awful biscuits were hard the waffle machine was not working so many things were not working we looked forward to the hot tub because we had a long drive we picked this hotel for that reason when we first checked in the service desk lady was rude we will not go back again

Super friendly staff, great rooms, nice breakfast! The hot tub wasn’t working but that wasn’t a huge deal! Pool was nice and super big!!

Carpet in the room was soaking wet. Obviously recently “cleaned,” as the window was wide open to air it out. Any luggage placed on the carpet got wet, feet and socks soaked. Every time you walked onto the tile of the bathroom you would slide around from the moisture from the carpet. I put a towel down by my bed to keep my feet from getting wet and it soaked up a bunch of brown liquid. Not worth the savings over other hotels.
