Home2 Suites By Hilton Colorado Springs Airport

Had a great overall experience staying here. The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. Convenient location and great atmosphere. Would happily stay here again!

We were very impressed by this hotel. Couple of glitches in the beginning; our a/c wouldn't turn on but the maintenance guy came and fixed it right away. The other item was the flusher on the toilet but my husband was able to tighten the bolt. The room was fabulous, felt like a furnished studio apartment. Even had a full size fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, which is a huge factor in an extended stay. The breakfast was good. Only wish there had been more options as I have a limited diet, but my husband said the waffles were great. We will stay here again when we come to Colorado Springs.

The room was clean and quiet. The location is convenient and safe. The breakfast was hot and tasted great with lots of variety.

Superb

This property was amazing! Super clean, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. I will be staying here every time we travel to the Springs now.

My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good. It was farther away from the things we were doing than I expected.

Our family vacation with kids was relaxed and felt like we were right at home. The suite was VERY spacious. The breakfast was good too. Nice quiet place with lots of pets.

Love home 2 suites, I look for it everytime I travel

Great stay!

The staff were great and super friendly!

Very good

Exceptional

On the surface this hotel was great but the longer we were there the worse it got. We used the pool and afterwards we were showering in our room and I noticed something sitting on top of the microwave. When I looked it was a syringe. Like one of the small ones with the orange caps. I was dumbfounded as to 1. Why there would be a syringe on top of the microwave and 2. Why the cleaning staff didn’t see it when the room was cleaned last. I was not about to touch the syringe and I was extremely thankful that none of my kids found it first. After alerting the front desk they had some one come up and dispose of it. I thought that would be the last of our issues. We noticed that the tile in the bathroom was falling apart and the grout was coming loose. We had to wear shoes so we didn’t cut our feet on the sharp edges. We stayed in a room with a pull out couch and when I made up the bed for my son to sleep on there were several hairs on the mattress. I can understand if that bed doesn’t get used for every stay but to find hair from someone else was disgusting. To top off the stay we found a spider in the bedding of one of the beds that’s my other children slept in. I understand bugs are normal but not usually in a hotel on the 2nd floor. After paying over $200 for 1 night I feel like we over paid for what we got. I’ll think twice about staying here again.

Very good suite. Housekeeping can be better trained

Breakfast could be better. More waffle machines, better bacon.

Awesome stay

Clean spacious room. Kind staff. Indoor pool was small but great for our kids. Good location.

Clean spacious room with nice sheets. However, the property only has ONE high chair for young children. Not a very family friendly breakfast. Aimed more at older families and business travelers.

The rooms were clean, AC worked and was quiet. The rooms were also quiet, except that one that was near the ice maker on the third floor. For some reason, that machine was loud and somehow traveled really well into the room. One of our party also left something behind and they had it saved in the back and were able to return it to us! The staff was great, rooms were great, the location was great. Overall would recommend!
