Hampton Inn Colorado Springs-Airport

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Grateful to have stayed.

Wonderful place ! The staff was awesome.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff did everything they could to help us out in getting back and forth to the airport, letting us stay a little longer because of a late flight, checking in was super easy with Dorothy's help, we enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast very much.

Our pillows had an unpleasant smell.

Hotel was dated and not usual quality of a Hampton inn .

The exterior door to the parking lot wouldn't allow scan access which was inconvenient. The elevator made horrible screeching noises at the 3rd floor stop which was concerning. Breakfast was great. The fridge and AC in the room both got very cold which was fabulous, but sadly the fridge had no freezer compartment. Beds were comfortable. The "closet" was sad. It was simply a shelf, and hooks with clothes hangers, hidden behind a curtain.

Kimberley checked us in and was very helpful and always ready to answer questions. The complaint I have is it is next to impossible to watch TV. It appears you have to login to your own personal accounts to be able to do that and they have very few channels available to watch for free and it's not easy to find them. I would be hesitant to stay there again for this reason.

Pillows were subpar and the breakfast selections were meh. Everything was clean and well maintained. I did enjoy the walk in shower.

Breakfast since 5am was a great surprise. It was clean. No weird smell.

Airport noise is a factor but not too bad.

Clean & staff friendly. Convenient & close to airport. We scheduled to ride the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The driver chose to wait for other people to join us on the shuttle. After waiting close to an hour the driver told us the people, we had been waiting for, had went to a different airport. After wasting an hour of our time she took us to the hotel, 10 minutes away.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. It was an older hotel that could use some updating.
