Echo Suites Extended Stay By Wyndham Colorado Springs Airpt

Confused !!! The hotel room had a stove microwave and refrigerator but no appliances nothing to cook with, there was no coffee pot. The hotel does not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as I have stayed in numerous hotels that included the toiletries dispenser on the bath/shower wall. The thing I disliked the most was, they only replace your towels every 14 days and did not provide house keeping to remove trash or clean during my week stay.

Shannon was amazingly helpful with our handicap relative and took great care of us!

Llegue el 9 julio tarde en la noche, el 10 de julio le indique a la del front desk que había un calzoncillo debajo de el lavamanos que no habían limpiado bien, me fui el 16 de julio y todavía estaba el calzoncillo allí, nunca pasaron a recogerlo ni a limpiar el area. No cambian las toallas, para que te las cambien hay que pagar extra $$, te las cambian cada 14 días. Muy decepcionada.

Just another anonymous hotel. Nothing special. Cleaner than others.

The location was great. There was no breakfast.

The walls are thin. There were two dogs in the room above us who barked and ran all night we were unable to sleep. We will not be back

The room could use some paper towels. The rooms walls are very thin and can hear a lot of different noises. Overall, the stay was good and relaxing.

Paper thin walls and ceilings. Doggy friendly so there was a lot of running around. Horrible experience.

Conveniently located, close to airport and shopping areas for supplies. Our accessible room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the morning coffee service in the lobby. We used the kitchen facilities in our room to make breakfast daily. Nothing, everything was great!

Staff was helpful and stay was uneventful except for the last few nights.guests were load and obnoxious. Person in 401 was jumping and pounding every night continuously throughout the night.

we didn’t stay there bc we were unaware they closed and after we had went and got told the reservation wouldn’t work since they were closed they still checked us in and charged us

The room was not clean, the staff was beyond rude before I even got in the building, her name is Shannon, then when I had something to say about how I was being treated they threatened to call the police on me after taking my money for my room

This place is a JOKE. They won't give you clean towels or any kind of house keeping until you are there for 14 days. I was there 11 days and had to wash my towels in the laundry room at $6 a load twice and take out my own trash every other day. There are no ammenities in the room. No blow dryer, iron, not even 1 cup...nothing. The staff was also extremely rude. My key kept on not working. 3 days in a row I had to walk 4 flights of stairs twice because I would get to my room and the key didn't work. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never stay there again. Oh, and they allow pets so you hear barking all night.
