Good customer service clean room.

I liked the staff they were very nice and inviting and I liked my room it was very clean and comfortable The pool was a little disappointing because it was so small and it could have been cleaner

Overall stay was great. Had good breakfast and room was nice size and clean. All amenities offered and supplied, all in all great place to stay. Staff needs to be more informed on service animals and the federal laws that come along with them. I was charged a $25 pet deposit twice for my service animal even after they seen animal in service vest. The front desk asked me for my service badge which is not even a thing and is against the law. They are allowed to ask two very specific questions and only those two questions. I felt very disrespected and shamed for having my service animal with me.

Staff was great. My only 2 issues were, the room floors had tumble weeds. Dust bunnies. I moved the end table and wow! Lastly, no hand shower wand. For the under carriage. The European gentleman was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

I come visit my grandkids every year and this hotel is very close to them. Not much at all.

Dirty towels, floor looked like it hadn't been swept before I got there, gnats in the room, the curtain rod fell off probably hadn't been cleaned since whenever. Awful

The staff member working the desk was very friendly and kind. The property is well maintained. The pool area was decent. The hot tub and pool themselves were clean and in good condition.

It was only 10 minutes from the airport, which is why I stayed there. This is a basic no frills hotel (except it has an indoor pool). They had some little beetles (NOT roaches), but only two that I saw.

The pool. & the AC in the room was wonderful. Main reason for our stay was to have a cool air room. There was no breakfast. Coffee was ok.

The first room I was give. Was not ready for use. Bedsheets we're missing, water on the floor, empty pop cans on the sink counter, and the bathroom looked like it was ransacked. The hallway to that room had soiled bed sheets on the ground and it looked like it was left by the maid or whoever was doing the cleaning that day. I was given a second room and the toilet was unusable where I couldn't even use the facilities, I didn't check the rest as I was fed up and just wanted to get out of there. I asked for a refund back and expedia told me they were working on the case to get it back. I, unfortunately, have been charged and the deposit of $50 dollars wasn't never refunded back to me. Im looking to get this resolved but with no such luck.
