Econo Lodge Colorado Springs near Airport

I come visit my grandkids every year and this hotel is very close to them. Not much at all.

Dirty towels, floor looked like it hadn't been swept before I got there, gnats in the room, the curtain rod fell off probably hadn't been cleaned since whenever. Awful

The staff member working the desk was very friendly and kind. The property is well maintained. The pool area was decent. The hot tub and pool themselves were clean and in good condition.

It was only 10 minutes from the airport, which is why I stayed there. This is a basic no frills hotel (except it has an indoor pool). They had some little beetles (NOT roaches), but only two that I saw.

The pool. & the AC in the room was wonderful. Main reason for our stay was to have a cool air room. There was no breakfast. Coffee was ok.

Highly recommend.

The first room I was give. Was not ready for use. Bedsheets we're missing, water on the floor, empty pop cans on the sink counter, and the bathroom looked like it was ransacked. The hallway to that room had soiled bed sheets on the ground and it looked like it was left by the maid or whoever was doing the cleaning that day. I was given a second room and the toilet was unusable where I couldn't even use the facilities, I didn't check the rest as I was fed up and just wanted to get out of there. I asked for a refund back and expedia told me they were working on the case to get it back. I, unfortunately, have been charged and the deposit of $50 dollars wasn't never refunded back to me. Im looking to get this resolved but with no such luck.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Good value and good location

In a non smoking room yet all the blankets have burn holes on them. The shower don’t work correctly. The hot tub was nasty from lotion or bubbles not sure what in it. And states they do breakfast which is 100% incorrect when I asked the front desk she was rude and snippy.

The staff was very friendly I didn’t like wood floors was hard on feet and some areas felt sticky. They can do a better job cleaning it.

Great stay and the owner, Bob works at the property 7 days a week , great guy !

THE PARKING SUCKS !!

Jacuzzi, staff really friendly. Rooms could have been cleaner, things just felt used and unkept. Son had to bring his pillow from the car as his was to thin.

Nothing !!! It was dirty and smelled funky.The first nite and only nite I stayed I was afraid to sleep on the beds.
