Travelodge by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport/Peterson SFB

Place was dirty, sheets had stains, carpet had stains, roach on the bed. Hair dryer didn't work, asked for a iron never got one

The room was very dirty. There were parts of the carpet missing, trimming coming off the walls in the bathroom and pee stains all over the floor.

Ac unit was making noises, tv wasn't working properly. Left property for different hotel haven't seen my refund

Never stay here !! It was filthy, beds were not cleaned,and there were bed bugs! We were there for only a few hours and left . I had to wait forever for my refund. Hands down one of the worst places I have stayed!!! Zero stars from me.

Our first room was dirty, dusty, had hair everywhere, and the AC did not work. We asked to be moved, but the second room was not much better. Both beds had visible stains, and one was significantly worse — the stains honestly looked like urine. The room still felt dirty and uncomfortable, and I ended up with a headache and itching while staying there. We only stayed because we had already paid and were exhausted from our trip. I’m not expecting luxury from a Travelodge, especially at this price, but I do expect a room to be clean, have working AC, have clean-looking beds, and not smell like smoke or marijuana in a nonsmoking property. I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it.

When I was checking in a couple with a baby came down and said they had bed bugs in their room. I immediately was like OMG, I am not staying here. When I went to check out the room it was had a very musty smell like water was on the carpet or something. I immediately went and asked for a refund. This was my first time in Colorado Springs, I read most of the reviews, but this hotel is not in a good area. When we parked the car their was a guy that looked like he was living out of his car in the parking lot. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Luckily we found a better hotel about 10 miles away.

Nothing except the scenery. This was the worse experience of Colorado for our honeymoon Every thing was a wasted trip, the rooms were not put together, unclean to satisfaction, the staff was very unprofessional when it came to addressing issues with rooms and the fact that the couches were covered with a dirty sheet and told it was like this in every room. Moved to a room with no working tvs no dishes or pans and we ordered a suite. This place needs and upgrade in management and staff completely unacceptable on all levels. We walked in to old electronics sitting at the front door, they never came and fixed the tvs and wires were everywhere along with one tv completely unplugged. We had to purchase plates to eat out of and had to take silverware and one pan out of the first room they put us in this was unbelievable and unprofessional service

It was a place to sleep. The bed is very comfortable but didn’t feel comfortable not wearing shoes or socks in the room. The floor felt dirty.

Never received my deposit back. You get what you pay for with this place. Great rates, but you're paying for survival. Not a "nice" motel.

The the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the room was spacious, the bed & bedding clean, comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast was fairly yummy and nicely presented. My only disappointment was the bath/shower. The bath spigot was jammed and after several attempted to raise it so we could use the shower head, we finally got about 20% of the water to exit the shower head. Most just went down the drain through the spigot. Kind of a miserable way to shower.
