Has bed bugs I have bites everywhere and have pictures of the bugs themselves on the bed and wall. I want a refund.

Bed bug infestation in one of my room and in the other room I now have bite bumps all over my body! Wish I could sue

Very old, not well maintained. Room smelled bad, not clean, just no… there are no actual pictures of this hotel online, so it can be deceiving. If you are traveling with your family to spend a good time in colorado springs, pay more at at different hotel.

Originally the price was reasonable Booked through a travel site and paid in full. Then when I arrived had to give my credit card for what I thought was for incidental, turns out it was so they could just charge 40 dollars for their own pockets on top of what was already paid.
