Everything was really good . Besides room have bad smell from AC

Staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. They always put a smile on your face! Easy check in and out. Rooms are big and comfy, and they are dog friendly! They don't offer breakfast, and they need more searing outside!

Staff are very friendly, understanding, and fun to talk with. Rooms were comfy and cozy. My favorite is they are pet friendly! Very enjoyable stay! No poop bags for the dogs, so poop was kinda everywhere. Only one two person bench outside for sitting. No breakfast is offered. The back door didn't work due to heat from about noon until early morning.

Everything I needed was right there, and the hotel made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, comfy place to stay.

Very poor

Hair all over the sheets. Extremely, loud AC unit all night, long in people both us stopping till 4:30 in the morning. It was terrible.

Disappointing

It looked nice on the outside. Although i never got in. Staff was disrespectful and rude. The gm was HORRIBLE constantly interrupting when you try to say anything. Lied and was a horribly rude person. I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would not recommend staying here. I booked and prepaid for a room through Booking.com and even purchased trip insurance. After a long drive, I arrived around 3:00 a.m. to check in. The front desk was closed, but there was a phone for late check-ins. When I called, I was told there was an issue with my reservation dates and that I would have to come back later that morning. Later, while I was away briefly, my mother waited at the property with my son so we could get checked in. Instead of trying to help, the front desk employee was extremely rude and told her she couldn't just park on the property and needed to leave. When I contacted the hotel through Booking.com to find out why I had paid for a room but never received one, the employee repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn't let me explain the situation. I was trying to tell her that my family had recently been displaced by a house fire and that this was the last of my money, but she continued talking over me and showed very little compassion. Although she eventually said they would approve a refund, I was told I had to contact Booking.com to have it processed. After spending over an hour on the phone with Booking.com, I was informed that they were waiting on the hotel to complete the refund. As of this review, I still have not received my money back. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and complete absence of empathy made an already stressful situation much worse. I understand mistakes happen, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff so other guests don't have a similar experience.
