Extended Stay America Select Suites - Colorado Springs - Airport

Terrible place. Dirty , no amenities not even shampoo. No kitchens utensils available. The hallways and elevators smell like pot. Dirty everything.

Our room was clean, but not well- furnished. We literally had one towel and a bath mat—no hand towels or wash cloths. The shower curtain rod in our room was so loosely attached to the wall, that we chose not to even use the shower in fear it would fall off! Our door wouldn’t lock properly.

There is often no one available at the front desk . We will not be back.

Nothing My room has hairs in the bed, in the bathtub and I had to wait over an hour to check into my room. On top of that the manager was there just didn’t want to help because she was hanging out with her friends

The location near the airport so you could watch the planes take off. Management was good to work with and I have no complaints. As a woman traveling alone in corporate business attire, I stuck out. Multiple hotel male guests noticed me and tried to make communication with me and while I had no serious issues - It made me feel on high alert (two of these three men made me feel uncomfortable the third was just being polite). Men were frequently loitering around the entry way (which that is fine but as a woman traveling alone this is information that might be helpful to other women. And this was all hours of day and night like this). This was not a property management issue but very much a guest note item. It is a good hotel for the price and the location is good there is a gas station and McDonald’s literally right next door. However if you are a single woman traveling alone I would not recommend this hotel. There were also literally no plates, silverware, pots or pans in the kitchenette (which I have stayed in a number of extended stay hotels and this is the first one I ever remember there was absolutely nothing - which told me management was tired of replacing items being stolen so now it is bring your own everything. Again not a management problem but speaks to the clientele type.) Additionally, the second night I stayed the sleeping atmosphere was not good. There was a man yelling at like 1am in a room near mine. I can sleep through a lot I am not a picky sleeper but again speaks to clientele.

Nothing it was horrible the check in took 35 mins she "couldnt find me a room" than says she found one but it was two beds instead of one and it was $10 more i was there45 mins and left to a better place The staff the beds the location the tv size

Didn't like the fact that I only got 3 towels 1 small face towel and 2 large towels so went and brought me some towels also the noise of little kids upstairs banging on the floor resonating my ceiling and people talking about they're personal lives in fro t of my door for an hour totally unacceptable

I did not like the atmosphere around the hotel and also inside was run down and needed to be updated

Nothing much. Car mirror parts is stolen. Bed was not in good condition. Above us some one was banging on the floor and unfortunately we were blaimed of making that noise.

Convenient location close to amenities. The exterior of the property is well maintained. I don’t want to make any assumptions about the residents or their circumstances, but I did get the impression that some of the guests may be staying here through a housing voucher program. The interior of the property is noticeably less well maintained than the exterior, with scuffed walls, dirty windows, and other signs of wear and tear. That said, our room was adequate and comfortable, and everything was in working order with the exception of a broken television remote. We had to unplug the TV to turn it off, but this was a minor inconvenience and not something I would hold against the property. Overall, I think much of the condition of the interior may have more to do with the wear and tear caused by guests than with management failing to maintain the property. The exterior is well kept, and our room was clean, comfortable, and functional.

It's pet friendly Random fees that are not listed online. I think I had like 3 extra fees one was like $50 and another was $100. Check in isn't until 3pm even though the website lets you choose anytime to check in! I was there at 8am per my online booking and had to wait around until 3pm to avoid yet another fee (early check in fee :D)

Location was good with a McDonald’s and gas station super close by Having to take your dirty towels down to front desk to get new ones. Also acted like we used too much toilet paper. You have to ask for anything you need.

Everything was really good . Besides room have bad smell from AC

Staff was stupid and not helpful at all. This is one of the hotels that play there scam of incidentals! And booking.com clearly says they don’t have incidental charges! I always advise calling before reservation. Everything…manager thinks she is worth something in life. Poor creature. It’s like saying she’s a gas station employee. No difference.
