Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport

Awesome stay, our room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Overall a great experience. Will be coming back.

The place was very clean and the breakfast was very good

The staff was nice when checking in check out seems to have bothered the employee. The room was dirty. There were stains on the comforter the beds looked like they had been slept in. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom and smelt bad. The toilet had not been cleaned in no telling how long. There was stain on the bathroom walls. The was an opening in the wall in the closet and the cover was off. There were dead insects on the floor. Breakfast was awful. Eggs were runny, no biscuits for biscuits and gravy. There was only one waffle maker.

I choose this hotel for the breakfast buffet & they did not disappoint. No matter how you eat, they have something for you! My teenage son indulged in the pancakes, waffles & cereal. Meanwhile, I am TRYING to eat keto, and they had scrambled eggs & two meats daily in addition to a bowl of butter packets at the toast/bagel area. They also had stevia packets (in addition to all the normal packets) on every table & fresh coffee each morning (and a selection of juices for the kids). There was also fresh cut fruit & yogurt each morning. Personally, I couldn't think of anything more that I'd want at the buffet. Also, in the evenings the restaurant had great food & great service - much tastier than the restaurant across the parking lot. It was definitely worth the extra money that I paid to stay there. The gym is small but surprisingly has everything you need. Everything was working when I was there. The staff is super friendly! If you are ocd about cleaning then you may struggle with every third or 4th day room cleaning but otherwise this place was perfect for my needs & I would definitely return!

Facility looks old. Breakfast item we’re constantly in shortage due to staff not replenishing item fast enough. Beds were horrible, not comfortable

Nice place. Great pool area. But…. NO hot water in shower in the morning. I can do a cold shower but it is better when the water is hot. Stayed three nights and only happened on last day there.

My overall experience with this hotel was pretty awesome. Checking in was quick and simple. The hotel worker made it feel like I was family checking in. He answered all questions I had. There was no time while I was there that it felt like I was a nuisance. Even the maids were very helpful. For me 10/10 would recommend.

Spacious room, quiet, with comfortable bed, good tv selections and great ammenities.

This property is older & could use an update of new carpet etc but overall it was a great place to stay. We loved having a restaurant/bar area, in the hotel, with breakfast included. The staff was friendly but one person stood out beyond the other’s. We ate dinner, in the hotel restaurant, for 3 of the 5 days we were there. Tiffany was our server & made you week so welcome there. She was the friendliest & most professional person we’ve had the experience of meeting, in years! Kudos to her & Radisson is blessed to have her. The restaurant in the Radisson parking lot was also a treat! We had lunch there several times as well as dinner. It’s called The Airport Restaurant & is themed as it is named with a retro twist. You can eat upstairs in the old fueler plane or downstairs surrounded by aviation memorabilia. The staff there were also amazing. Kudos to Bailey for writing down all to do in Colorado Springs & both Karlos & Marcelos for providing a wonderful table experience every time we went.

If you like ants, dishonest and rude staff then this is your place.

Everything was great except the breakfast was cold. I would definitely stay again. All the staff were so nice and helpful.
