It’s definitely worth getting an upgrade to a Jacuzzi suite they’re the best

After our initial encounter in our room things were good. Our room had not been cleaned well when we got there. There was hair in the bed and all over the floor. The staff did come in and change the beds and vacuum. After that the stay was good. The breakfast was great.

We booked for three nights. After the first night we had a family thing going on. The manager was great. We were able to cancel two nights with a full refund. And, the manager even coordinated a ride back to airport, through their shuttle service, to pick up our rental car. I highly recommend this property. When I come back to visit I will book at this property again. It was clean and well maintained as well.

Breakfast staff was rude while declining to refill the food. They were short staffed too. Room were clean but had bug infestation

They have an actual breakfast buffet, it only has five hot items, but you can go back multiple times

It’s just enough “out of the way” to make it refreshing. The facilities and Staff are great!

There breakfast is amazing! The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and house keeping makes sure the rooms stay clean. I would happily stay here again.

Loved the hot tub

All decorated for the 4th of July. Breakfast wonderful. Staff very helpful when I needed non feather pillows.

I also received a dirty towel and a mug with lipstick on it. However, the staff was very friendly, apologized right away, and promptly replaced the mug. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and loved the place. With a little more attention to cleanliness and addressing the odor, it would have been an even better experience.

Stayed two nights and no issues. Staff were quick and helpful when we had an issue in the middle of the night. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good but there was a wait for fresh/additional food to be brought out. They also give out breakfast coupons and collect them. We weren’t given enough so the front desk easily gave more but for some reason the breakfast staff were very adamant about collecting them. Not sure why when it’s a free breakfast. Pool area is large and there was a nice hot tub outside. Located off the main road in a quiet area.

Very nice. Our room bathroom had to be cleaned. We cleaned it ourselves, luckily I keep Clorox wipes in our car. The tub had clumps of hair and the sink in counter were covered in beard hairs and shaving cream.

The beds with sunk in.. the pillows were old .housekeeping not so good. when I walked into the room after checking in you can see the bed suck in.. when trying to talk to one of the housekeeping person they just ignored me when asking for amenities.. I had to call the front desk to ask them was that my maid for today no one knew.. if I ever come back to Colorado springs I would not stay there

Hotel was convenient to airport. Room as large and comfortable.
