Outstanding helpful personell and service overall at the hotel. Breakfast is nice.

Comfortable and clean bed and room. Good breakfast. Excellent staff.

There was an additional charge to park. Also, I thought the price for a 16oz soda was excessive.

Enjoy our stay. Breakfast buffet was more than expected and staff was above par. Shuttle service to the airport was the icing on the cake.

The bathroom was way too small! Because the toilet was right in front of the doorway we couldn’t shut the door without almost sitting on the toilet! We couldn’t close tell that the hotel was old because of the bathroom and bedroom!

It was clean. I didn’t like the pillows. The pillows were so flat it was very uncomfortable. I didn’t get my room cleaned when asked so we didn’t have cleans towels.

Excellent stay. Everything fom the check in process, cleanliness of the room, to the hot breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely look to stay again when in Colorado Springs.

The food at breakfast was good. They had a lot of choices. The heated plates were great because the food stayed hot. Breakfast was understaffed. The food was not plentiful. They seemed to be dealing with more people than they expected. I am a tea drinker and there was only one teabag of black tea. Everything else was green tea or herbal. They were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Staff was absolutely wonderful with helping us out both the evening we arrived and when we returned to pick up our car.

Older hotel, smelled a little musty. Floor/ceiling is apparently thin it sounded like elephants were staying in the room above ours.

Our check-in attendant was rude, the breakfast was good but there wasn’t enough for the whole hotel; there was only 1 person on duty both Friday and Saturday night in the bar area, my husband and son in law helped bus tables- with a veterans reunion taking place there should have been more staff. When asked the front desk clerk about having our parties rooms close together, he stated that was not possible - they don’t allow special requests like that…
