Disappointing

Check in process was great staff were friendly. However the room smelt of cigarettes on arrival and the bed was quite small. Great location 15 min drive from colorado springs airport however not a lot to do around the hotel. Good for an overnight stay.

The price was alright I guess there were no amenities

Looks like a halfway house facility. I drove off. Unsafe. They refused a refund. Do not stay here.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. The first room I got was dirty and all furniture was worn out. the shower did not work at all. After complaining twice, I got another room which was fairly okay.

The pictures on this hotels website are not even in the same universe as what they actually look like. I was traveling with 2 small children and we got there and it's an extended living hotel with lots of very unsavory people just roaming around the parking lot. The hotel staff was literally yelling at the top of her lungs at a customer when I came to check in. After we received the keys to our hotel room I went up to look at it. There were huge knife looking cuts in the bed blankets. Holes in the walls and the bathrooms were severely damaged and the rooms smelled absolutely horrible. I honestly never leave reviews but I feel I need to write this to save someone the experience I had with this place. Do not book with this hotel.

Convenient, close to many places we want to go Cleaning wise is just average, there are some cockroaches inside

I had issues with opening the door,I had to walk back to the office to get assistance from the clerk, who came up and opened the door, there was a small sign on the door handle indicating to pull handle up, but it was actually wrong,it was the opposite . The vent over the stove was filthy actually had black dog hair and remnants of food and grease, the bathroom floor also had black dog hair on the floor and in the shower .

The hotel looked dilapidated, the room had a hole in the wall that went into another room that was locked off with a master lock pad. Gave creeper pedo vibes because only men went into that room. And the men were employees of the hotel. Then Alex said I could extend my stay and the deposit would be rolled over unless I had to change rooms which would be required at 14 days. When I went to try to extend the stay, the little girl in front denied it and absolutely refused to honor what Alex said of rolling over the deposit. Instead just told me that she would have a talk with Alex because he is a little incompetent sometimes. I was floored that she would speak of her coworker like that to a guest. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one because the sheets were so dirty I had to go buy my own blankets to lay over the beds just to sleep on them. The elevator smelled like piss, the shower squirted water at the ceiling because the tape that was wrapped around the shower head was worn down. There were broken light switches in the room. The lock wasn’t secured looked like the door had been broken into. The A/C cried for help when using it. The outlets were so worn down my chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in so I couldn’t charge at all. I ended up going to Extended Stay, I booked the same kind of room, it was way more spacious, way cleaner, more welcoming, and the hospitality provided by the staff was superb. All this for the same price at this hotel. 10 out of 10 WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!!!!!
