Nothing The crackheads next to reception made it feel unsafe

Nothing Dirty. Smelled. Dog urine on floor. Unsafe feeling.

My door would not lock when I closed door from outside. No spoon with yogurt

The place looks nothing like the pictures. It is not kept up. Everything is dirty including the outside and elevators. The hotel room walls are absolutely disgusting and the rooms have a bad smell. There are roaches in the rooms. The fridge and wire shelf are full of grime. We knew the place wouldn’t be the best, but it was far worse than expected. I don’t know how Expedia allows places like this to rent to members.

Floor was disgusting. No shower curtain. Wad of hair stuck to bathroom. Dead roaches. Sweeping and mopping the room was probably done months ago. The staff was kind so that was nice.

Room wasn’t clean at all

For our stay we needed an elevator which was available. Parking was easy accessible. Check-in and check-out worked well and staff was friendly. Room was clean.

If you’re with a family, do not stay at this location a lot of sketchy people in and out have a security guard that sits in the parking lot all night the room smell like smoke I felt unsafe

We were awakened at 4:30 am with water dripping from the ceiling and a piercing alarm from a tub overflow. Surprised that Expedia had this establishment on their list. Horrible experience.

It had roaches

Trash on floor of bathroom and FILTHY floor the whole place was GROSS! The pillowtop bed was spring-side up so it was horribly uncomfortable until I turned it over. The staff was very nice and the towels were clean but the shower was gross and the hot and colds were reverse of what it was marked. The toilet and sink looked pretty new though. The walkways were disgusting!

Pleasant

This hotel is not for people coming in to visit. You have people living at the hotel. Our room smell like cigarette smoke. Our room was dirty. It's just not a place for visitors.

To many people living for extended time. Very getto like. Couldn't get clean towels only once a week. Not soap, shampoo. I can keep going.

We went to target and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room.
