Homewood Suites By Hilton Colorado Springs Airport

Me and my husband stayed one night and everything was good as far as check in and room was very clean and breakfast was great we would stay there again 👍

Great stay. Unfortunately our room was one with the shared door in which the neighbors consistently tried opening late at night from 10-12pm. Thankfully our side had the locks. Breakfast was nicer than most and pretty tasty. Would definitely stay again but request a non shared room for safety concerns.

room as expected. Over billed us $20.

Great choice the hotel has everthing!

Great property didn’t really use anything was in and out but great place to stay for a night or two

I have stayed at many places around the country but this was by far, across all the categories .was superior. I wish we could have stayed longer

I didn’t like that the room we got was a connected room so the person next door was watching tv or doing something you can them and they could hear us.

Check in was a little screwed up. Took almost a half hour to get checked in. Others came and went while we waited for a computer issue as they called it. The young man tried to get help but a Mgr was not available. He said he see our paid reservation but couldn't access it for some reason. Once checked in our stay was fine.

Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9 AM but food ran out before 8:30 AM so family members were not able to have breakfast. Hot tub was never working the whole time we were there, five days. Staff were rude and unhelpful to anyone I thought they come in contact with. The exception was Heather, in the breakfast serving area. She was amazing

Great hotel with an amazing view of the mountains on the fourth floor! Great breakfast and clean room!

great property, clean and large. would stay again and recommend.

The staff is amazing! They are helpful and extremely nice. The front desk manager, Jin Garcia was so accommodating and kind. Our room was great and breakfast as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are here next year for the Colorado Sparkler 🎆

We left so early for a flight that we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Maybe next time. Everything else was great! Very spacious and comfortable room!

The staff was more than helpful getting me checked in!

We prepaid and called to say we would be in after midnight. They gave our room away so we had to pay for another hotel

Clean room, friendly staff, Breakfast was great!

Wonderful experience at Homewood suites!! Great location for area attractions, great room with kitchen, great staff. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Great start, we'll come again.

The staff could have been more helpful with a miscommunication on website about the room. Slow to fix the problem and didn’t give info of WiFi information. Tried calling front desk repeatedly to get answering machine (5 times).
