Satellite Hotel

When we arrive whole hotel have no AC working. They said it will fix in 2 weeks, like come on how i can stay in room without AC in 90°F temperature. I have 1 year old baby.

Loved this place! It was perfect for the time we spent in Colorado Springs and the staff were amazing

Very cool hotel! Room was clean, and has smoking and non smoking, pet and non pet sections. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Hotel is at a convenient location. Parking space is large enough. Rooms were clean. Liked the beautiful view from balcony. Staff were excellent. Overall it was a comfortable stay and smooth experience.

Not the best but not the worst we have stayed in. Parking was an issue and because it is also a residential building, there were some problems with residents arguing and noise. Staff was nice. It is ok in a pinch, but I would stay elsewhere next time.

The star was wonderful the rooms were clean and the people were lovely didn’t get a chance to have the food but looking forward to it next time !

Check in was fast. Staff are great. They are in the process of paving the parking lots but was much needed. Ordered dinner from the restaurant on Friday evening. Food was great. My family likes staying here as we have several times. We will be back..

The pictures are accurate but they used filters. Extremely old and outdated. No control over room temperature. Staff is extremely nice tho.

The ac was down and when we arrived they offered box fans or a full refund. We opted for the fans. This looks as though it was a wonderful hotel just needs some updating. You can feel its age. The staff was great

Fair place for a fair price. It's seen better days but still reasonable place to stay on south end of Colorado Springs

We had to find a new hotel and this hotel didn’t even relocate us when they should’ve since they were having “electrical problems”

I booked this room for my daughter and son-in-law. When they showed up, they were told there had not been a working AC for 2 weeks! The initial employee was helpful and kind and did offer a fan or a cancellation but at the last moment there were very few choices. So they took the fan and got by and would’ve been ok but when they asked another employee about breakfast were dismissively told “I don’t know if we’re even doing that!”

We arrived on Thursday and were told the air was broken in the building that it would be fixed on Friday we left on Sunday morning no air still in the room or building…the Colorado air was nice so we were like we can handle it. It’s going to be fine we can sleep with the sliding balcony open…they put us on the 2nd floor above the entrance so everyone coming in or out and talking we could hear it all. The pool stayed closed the entire time although it looked pretty and functional. This may have been a nice place in the 80s but save your coins and go elsewhere unless they make some major updates.

Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was broke, but the staff worked with me to use a fan to bring cool air in in the evening. The rooms were clean. They restaurant food was incredible the last time I stayed but was unfortunately closed the night I stayed this time over a holiday. It was cheap and the staff is great.

The hotel was nice but they had no tea!! Without the Boston Tea Party! The other problem was the air conditioning had failed. We were notified ahead of time but decided to stay anyway since we would only be there in the evenings and I was given a discount on my price. However we decided to leave Colorado Springs to head north instead if staying an extra day.
