Comfort Inn & Suites San Bernardino

Absolutely nothing! This hotel is in a terrible neighborhood. Had prostitutes and addicts in the parking lot. Smelled like marijuana, mildew,& must every where. Broken security doors so no key card is actually needed as anyone can enter the property. This is absolutely not a family friendly hotel and we did NOT stay here. We requested a refund immediately!

Not much Stay away - No water, “sorry sir” No working hair dryer “sorry sir” Furniture looks like someone took an axe to it (literally) “Really?” Garbage outside and in the hall ways. “What will you do about this?” - “You can file a complaint with corporate.”

Great customer service Alot of people hanging out on that end 2nd building . Loud car radio on had to call front desk was 10 already. Had a phone plugged in the jack but didn't work to call front desk

nothing. Didn't even stay the night. Bed sheets were dirty; it seemed like a bloodstain on the bed. There was a cigarette burn through the comforter on the bed. Disgusting. There were boogers on the wall, not within a child's reach. Stains on the bed and furniture. Graffiti in the drawers. Mold lining the bathtub; I didn't even bother checking the water. The toilet didn't flush, and the bathroom smelled like shit. No WiFi and no TV access. Actually, the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing. From the beginning the receptionist was pretty rude. Our key cards did not work and receptionist kept giving us attitude and finally sent maintenance to program the cards to our door. The whole place reeked of marijuana. Upon minutes of arrival someone tried to open our door. Place was very sketchy and I didn’t feel safe with my kids there. Had to check out immediately and find another place to stay for my 4-day weekend.

Definitely the free breakfast and staff There were some stains on the carpet and furniture in my room. The shower head was leaking water from the side.

Location, pool, breakfast. Staff were rude and not professional. Manager and housekeeping packed up my belongings and my kids belongings while we were at church and put half of our stuff in a separate room and rest left

We had an issue with our key and it took the staff a while to fix it. By the time our trip was over, on the last day we stay there, the key finally worked

The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable The air conditioner was in poor condition with hot California weather. Had roaches in our room. We had to change rooms. Was in an area with some homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in front of motel.

Nothing, the rude front desk person was condescending and uncouth as all can be. She was not very welcoming and when we got there to check in she said she had gave my room to another person. NEVER ONCE did I receive a call from her to tell me my room was about to get cancelled and she stated she called. I have absolutely no missed calls from this place what so ever. She tried saying she called me AFTER she turned down one of my friends who was staying with us for parking and she sent her to another hotel. She didn’t call at all. As mentioned above, rude and condescending staff. As she told me my room was cancelled she WAS SMILING ABOUT IT, then I told her we drove from 8 hours away and she told me “that’s not my problem, and your room was cancelled”. This was after I told her we had driven down 8 hours. Even though on bookings it said “payment due at property”. What is weird is that when I show up to pay I’m turned away. She also told me that it was canceled due to non payment, then told me I missed my check in time at 5 and no where online and even on the hotels website does it state that 5pm is the deadline to check in, it actually says otherwise so I suggest that the staff know their own policies before sounding dumb quoting them especially if they’re incorrect. I get it she’s overweight and might be mean because that’s just her personality but if you’re that bitter about life, she shouldn’t work in customer service, she is straight trash.

Absolutely filthy out moving after a couple hours. I’m going back home. I was only there because there was a power outage in the city upon checking into the room. The room was heavily damaged light fixture missing, but just lightbulbs sitting there tears in the curtains what appeared to be blood stain on the curtains the floor and the tables just seemed scuzzy The bed appeared to be clean there were stains all over the carpet and lots of mold in the grout lines of the shower very gross
