There where Rochas in the room didn't get any sleep

Its infested with roaches. I came back to over 30+ roaches all throughout the room. I started killing them and picking them up and once I started counting and got to 10+ I was like nah im done. They were in my suitcase and everywhere. It was so bad!!

At first look, the room looked updated, nice bed and vanity with sink. The location was good, close to the event we were attending. As soon as the lights turned on, the cockroaches appeared!! Of all sizes too. Also went home bitten by bed bugs. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but never again.

It was a nightmare. My wife and I I got to the room at 2am after a party, tired and ready to sleep, when we encountered at least 15 roaches crawling around. They were everywhere. On the floor, walls and bed! It was disgusting. We had to leave. I didn't like the roach infestation!!! I didn't like the fact that my wife and I had to leave in the middle of the night due to the roach infestation.

We got there the property just drained the pool , didn’t know when the water would come .the room was nice but to many people were In and out especially females , and felt unsafe the door felt like with once push they can get in the room

It was close to several places i needed to go. Dirty bed sheet and pillows. Several live Roaches throughout bathroom, fridge and even sleeping area. Small sofa was very dirty. There were several men smoking and loitering at the parking lot. I felt my car would be unsafe.

The lady as the receptionist is so welcoming and super nice which gave me a good first impression. I liked how close it was to the NOS event center and how easy check in and check out was. I also very much appreciated the option of a later checkout, super convenient! There is only 2 issues I had, 1 the room reeked like cigarettes and the furniture and couch had burns of cigarettes like if they put them out on the furniture. Also the key was “locked” twice therefore I wasn’t able to get in the room and the door also had issues locking on the way out to the event.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and roomy the room was. We stayed there for a night and I inadvertently overslept. The staff/owner/management was accommodated with a late checkout request. It was late at night but they were still accommodating with my repeated visits to the office to ask for various things like a plunger, etc. They even brought it up to the room! Wish it was closer! I’d stay there more often.

Nothing cockroaches , durty and unfix floor , bed super noise, parking lot not mark right ,
