Clean room house keeping every two days very nice quiet tranquil place to stay at

The room room had a horrible odor. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had nowhere to hang the shower head. The room door was faulty didn’t lock properly. They made us pay the deposit in cash. Overall don’t stay here. The photo do not accurately represent the property at all.

Clean and quiet. Non intrusive staff and helpful. Decent for the area and much better than most locations branded under this name.

I check in after PAYING for the room and I had to pay an extra cash fee of $55 which I didn’t have- I had to ask someone to help me, thank goodness they did. The front desk was not helpful. I get to the room and it smelled so bad, it was unbelievable. It smelled like someone had steamed broccoli for 20 hours before I got there. The light fixture by the bed didn’t work, there was something sticky on the walls. There was only one thin wool blanket with cigarette stains. Luckily I had a spray in my bag and was able to douse the room enough to make it somewhat tolerable, I knew front desk wouldn’t be helpful. Woke up to people screaming at their dogs and laundry yelling at each other. If I knew the room was ACTUALLY $150 I would have gone elsewhere .it was bad. The only good thing was the shower and water pressure.

This is my first time in my life that I felt terrible booking a hotel room beginning with the price was ok but the manager there asking for a $55 dollars cash deposit and then the room is not even ready..?? The room was stinking and no tv cable or poor internet connection I was trying to sleep but it was way too noisy outside people passing by talking louder almost all night..!! I’ll never book a room there that’s for sure bad experience.

Parking ,cold A.c. office decorations The staff horrible clerk on sunday he took his break 1020 to 11145 !! Check out was 11am there was 6 otheres waiting tk check out . We waited to get our cash deposits back.he did not want to give them !finally gave the. After his attitude fit. The smell! People on the stairs,under the stairs and on the balcony. The police presences, non working TV, low to poor water pressure, not all the lamps worked,a huge hole at the bottom of the bathroom door, smell of weed and pee stunk the area.the pool was not open,full trash cans.

Nice clean and quiet

The maid had just finished my room when I got there so it was clean. The poor barking dog in the room next to me. Had to sleep with earplugs.

The pool lounge chairs were broken, and the cleanliness was not very good. However, it’s a convenient place for truck drivers because they have truck parking.

There are homeless that go through the facility and they really need to pressure wash and clean the sidewalks, handrails and steps.They're dirty and sticky

Horrible place will never book there again

The smell of pets were horrible no matter what we sprayed.

Nothing about it was good There was a bunch of bugs in the rooms the air conditioning doesn’t work & there was dried blood stains on the beds

Not much, that stuff was rude. They didn't help. I slept in the room with no TV. Barely in the air, no ice, I asked them to see if they get maintenance to fix one of the two ice machines. They had, they told me to go buy ice, not the store after I paid eighty seven dollars for the room there's nothing mac can't talk about. It's good about the place 0 bath and door went shut TV didn't work. It was unplugged from the TV not the wall. We couldn't get our hands packed to do it. The toilet wasn't connected to the ground. It moved every time he sat on it. No, ice, either ice machines, they told me to buy ice. At the store, I asked him the answer to the emails, they refused. So I'm kind of in stuck here, I don't know what my next step should be. I sent videos and emails emails into text messages. Pictures of the bunch of the stuff, the air, not working, not blowing on the high, the eye species is broken. I took pictures of I would like a refund

The front door had a huge gap under it so did the bathroom it definitely needed some TLC
