I have stayed at Staybridge with my family multiple times and this has to be the worst experience by far. My parents were bit by bed bugs, there was dog hair in both beds and on the pull out couch. We complained multiple times and we were given the run around by staff and management. I called to speak to a manager and she didn’t listen at all! This is the worst experience that I have experienced with IHG. Never stay at this hotel! They don’t care about their customers! They only care about your money!

One very nice amenity that offset the negativity of parking charges was the hotel offered the use of their laundry facilities for no charge. In summary, paid parking was not expected. Free use of laundry was not expected. So, overall, I rate the stay as good.

So Clean and comfortable.

I really liked the location of the property. It was easy to get in and out of. It was in close proximity to the freeway but without all the noise. We had a bit of a wait to check-in so I opted to get the first available room. The room they gave me was on the first floor and was very spacious with its separate bedroom. The refrigerator was slightly dirty with hand prints and so was the floor in the kitchen. I think they were short handed that day with the maid service hence the wait at check-in. Staff were nice and amenities were good even though I didn’t use all them. My only complaint was that the staff was called to my room for a fire extinguisher that was going off in my room supposedly. I think they were just being nosy because obviously it wasn’t. Also, I noticed after walking the premises that the outside seating and barbecue area was a mess for 2 days straight. And another thing, I didn’t see the need to charge for overnight parking when it is shared with an adjacent restaurant and it isn’t even gated. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was good but eggs were cold on one occasion and coffee was great. Suggestion: make some biscuits and gravy with leftover sausage and have some to-go pastries. Their pastries weren’t at all appealing. I will say that they did have a good variety of choices. I also appreciated the in room coffee maker, fridge & microwave but didn’t have to use them. I wish all motels supplied these. I would stay again if I were in the vicinity.

All in all the staff was amazing. And the room was very clean . I did love the amenities and I definitely would stay there again.

Staff was very helpful; especially Jessica G. Location was perfect for our trip with several restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend is having a better breakfast option. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and that was the only thing I would recommend they worked on.

Complimentary buffet breakfast, rooms were clean, complimentary laundry, gym, pool. Love this place.

Rooms were huge felt like apartment very clean and comfy. There was very minimum breakfast options.

The reviews are great, even other visitors we met raved about this hotel. We just didn’t have a great experience. Our room was not cleaned properly. Upon arrival we had to have housekeeping clean the shower of pubic hair. They did not use sanitation products just wiped up the hair with a rag. When we finally return to our room at 10pm we pulled the comforter back only to find more hair and debris in the bed. We called the front desk to get a whole new set of linens. The attendant that was sent had no idea what linens were needed and handed the sheets to my husband and asked him to do it. We acknowledge he was not properly trained but he refused to ask his manager for help. He left and came back multiple times with ill fitting sheets and a ripped comforter. The manager called and said he needed his worker back because he had other things to tend to and hope it works out for us. We finally got to kids in bed at 1130 without all the proper bedding. Morning management agreed it was unacceptable and would said they would comp us a night because of how ridiculous it became. We had to stay on them about it and never received 25,000 points, I highly doubt that counts as a comped night. Pool area was filled with cigarettes and no towels. Called the front desk for more towels and never showed up. Rooms were spacious
