DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Bernardino

Teriyaki salmon was excellent. Bar area was entertaining. Rooms need more upkeep. Rooms looking aged.

Overall wasn’t bad. Not the nicest most upkept hotel, but overall decent. Had to book last minute. Everyone was nice. Beds comfortable. Clean. Definitely worth the price. Would stay again

I slept under the sheet and woke up with bites all over my body. No bueno. Won't be staying here again.

This place was terrible. The staff was no help whatsoever. Everything that we asked was either a note or I don’t know too bad. Our room was still dirty when we got there when we called the front to let them know that the room was dirty. They said they would see what they could do and we never got anything back not a call not service not nothing so I will not be staying here at this hotel again anytime soon.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arriving to check in, I waited more than 30 minutes because there were approximately 15 guests ahead of me and only two clerks working the front desk. While I understand that busy periods can occur, the delay was frustrating and appeared to be the result of inadequate staffing. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. There were no luggage carts available anywhere in the hotel. After waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes, I asked about their availability. The front desk clerk told me that security was searching for more carts and suggested that I return after dinner. He assured me that he would save one for me. When I returned several hours later, that clerk had gone home. Another employee simply told me, "Sorry, you can carry your bags in if you like." I am a disabled veteran and travel with a service animal. Because no luggage cart was available, I was forced to leave most of my belongings in my vehicle overnight and carry only what I could manage into the hotel. This caused significant physical strain, and my back and legs have been in considerable pain ever since. I understand that luggage carts may occasionally all be in use. However, I find it unacceptable that not a single cart was available for approximately three hours. I was also disappointed that no effort was made to locate one, reserve one as promised, or other
