Staff and hospitality excellent! The overall cleanliness was my only disappointment.

Nice stay

Everything was excellent from start to finish.

I requested a corner room and extra towels. Everything was covered ready when I checked in. The guy at the front desk, was very pleasant and helpful. I love this location, everything is always perfect. ❤️

I liked the cookies in the lobby, and the friendly Staff at the front desk, but you should tell everyone to keep the hotel key to get out from the parking lot, otherwise some of us have to go back and get one after I had discarded mine.

Hotel staff was very nice rooms clean

Every time my son needs care in Loma Linda we stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating, and the cheeseburgers at the cutting board are the best I’ve had.

This hotel is a great place to stay! I have only one complaint. Many times the internet connecction is is unavailable. I tried to log on to my Netflix account and was unble due to the poor connection.

No EV charger. Supposed to have room card can operate the garage door but it’s not working. In the morning 5:30 can’t find the luggage push cart.

Super kind staff, great hotel to stop for t night on a longer trip

Second time staying here. Very convenient easy check in. There was so much dust build up in the corners and vents of the room me and my son stayed in we woke up with huge sinus flairs. My first time staying was great the weekend prior but this last weekend was a little rough. Also the fee to deliver the food to the room wasn’t worth the cost.

Staff asking dumb questions Staff not being helpful Reserved it w/breakfast and got told no and that breakfast was $20/person. There was 4 of us. Ridiculous!

Clean and comfy
