DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Bernardino

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! I am there 3 or 4 days a week! I book through Hotel.com Their prices are more favorable. This hotel has the greatest staff EVER! Always attentive, alert and ready to help!

I liked the venue and the place it was at I did not like who helped me when I arrived, he was disrespectful and didn’t want to accommodate what was already discussed with the hotel, luckily I saved the messaged through booking and the hotel to confirm at first he didn’t want to bother to even look or even try until I showed him and he still didn’t want to until I got louder he was rude to me the rest of the the stay and because of this I won’t be staying again at this hotel, and there were damages at the hotel I better not be charged for !

Clean room and the AC works very well.

Not terrible and didn’t get a full experience cause we only stayed one night. A bit dated and room was ok. We personally had problems with our bathroom shower having a clogged drain and the tv was out for most of the day due to spectrum being out. Staff was very friendly

Get the elevators fixed!

Hotel was very dated and it reeked of marijuana in the hallways. Room had random hair lying around on the bathroom floor and sink. Room smelled musty and mildewy and the air conditioning was very loud. Would not stay here again.

I enjoyed the stay will come back

The room was clean staff was helpful breakfast was good its you just can’t take it in your room ice machine works. The cookies that are complementary are amazingly delicious and addicting. All around good trip

I love the soft warm cookies you can get all day..The staff was amazing and accommodated me having to check in early due to my work schedule. Nothing

Besides being kinda worn down it was still comfortable and a decent price. Located by some good food spots. Needs renovations.

It was worth the money. The location was very good for San Bernardino

Everything, had no issues. Very nice, close to restaurants, clean and staff was fantastic.

The elevators appear in extreme disrepair, parts of the walls were chipping off, furniture in the room was in disrepair and worn down there were cracks under the sink, stains were on the shower curtains and bedding, the blankets were burned inside and the beds were uncomfortable. The atmosphere seems like many people are living there long term, which is fine but the cleanliness and condition of furniture and operating status of general areas of the hotel should remain the same. The breakfast was ok, coffee was kind of burnt.
