Best Western San Bernardino Hotel

Chose the First floor so we wouldn't hear the traffic noise. Black out curtain was nice. Toilet was higher for seniors. Parking was free. Convenient location. Price acceptable.

The property is extremely well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The rooms themselves are a little small, but the modern appearance and decor make up for it. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast is included with the stay which is nice, but don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast items included waffles, bagels, cereal, orange and apple juice, milk, an assortment of pastries, and hard boiled eggs. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

I always ask can I stay in the same room , and they always let me . More breakfast but McDonald’s next door

Very clean and secure. Staff very helpful and courteous. Air conditioning was the best, the heat was bad but our room was nice and cold. Was only able to get few channels and the shower would not drain water fast enough. Bathroom got flooded, good thing it was a accessible shower which had a second drain

Breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was the only thing working properly. The air didn't work, tv had limited channels, and staff didn't answer when I called from the room. They didn't carry any fans and didn't offer to change me to another room. I thought the air was down in the entire hotel, but I was wrong. Management kept saying they were waiting for someone to come fix the air...no one ever came.

everything is good and above, except!!! the sound/noise. The highway is just one wall distance. Also you can hear if inconsiderate people from next room making noise.
