Staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaint is that it looks like they had a few low income families living there.

Would not recommend Hospitality Inn. Many random individuals that did not seem to be hotel guests; people posted up in and around the top

Very disappointing stay. The room was visibly unclean, the bath tub was horrendous and the strong smell of marijuana made it difficult to feel comfortable or relax during our stay. We brought these issues to the staff’s attention, hoping they would address the situation, but instead we were met with a rude and unhelpful response. I was told word for word “you pay for the cheapest room this is what you get” that response was not only rude but ultimately left me in complete disbelief! I could not believe that was the response she gave to our concerns! The combination of the dirty room, persistent odor, and poor customer service significantly affected the quality of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below what we expected, and based on this visit, I would NOT EVER recommend this property.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was out order when we were there which was disappointing.

very dirty room! cigarettes butts stuffed down the sink, dirty carpet, dirty chair, mold in bathroom. This business should not be in operation.

The pool. The guest that they have are permanent (weekly basis) Up all hours of the night walking back and forth up and downstairs, they should separate the long term guests from the overnight guests.

The room smells terrible. The aisle with drugs odor. I was in non smocking room and i had headache
