There was trash left over under the bed from the previous guests and staff didn’t clean it up. My room didn’t have a TV remote control so I had to ask twice and wait 2 hours for one. The bed sheets were stained

I didn't like the fact that when I got there they haven't received my reservation and you took my money in advance like a two weeks ahead and I get there and there's no reservation for me until I had to rebook my room luckily they had rooms and to this day you have not refunded my money you guys I don't know you guys aren't very frustrated
